Five Star’s ***** Hands Down. The instructors, Eric and Tulle are very professional and absolutely know what they are doing. The studio is in a great location, has a great vibe and plenty of parking. A very cool place to get in shape with some awesome people. It’s more than just Pilates. Mind, Body and Wellness is the focus. Highly recommend this place. Definitely check it out. Excellent experience.

I would not recommend this studio. I could list many reasons to avoid it, but I fear Unilocal will remove it. I can say with a city like San Diego rich in Wellness and Pilates studios, this is not the 1.

This is such a beautiful studio! I’ve been to a few other pilates studios in and around San Diego and am very impressed by this one. The instructor, Ashley, made me feel like I had all her attention even though I attended her group class. Usually in group classes, I tend to feel like I get lost in the shuffle and unsure wether or not I am doing the exercises correctly but Ashley was so attentive and helpful. Also, I had injured my right shoulder recently and she was able to modify a few of the exercises for me:)
I definitely recommend this place!
