McDonald’s

Had Mc Donalds 3 nights in a row now… Went to this location instead of the Linda Vista one. The workers were very friendly, especially Ahmad who helped my girlfriend & I in the drive thru. We were also able to get a free large water cup. At the Linda Vista Mc Donalds they charged us a dollar for a large cup of water.

No hashbrowns on their all day breakfast menu like most locations. No water dispenser like most locations. Just an inferior McDonald’s that survives by merit of being the only one around.

It’s small，but drivers are very convenient, everyone are nice. The weight is very big, good！

Me and my girlfriend went for lunch today around 3pm to try the new mozzarella sticks which are super good. Havent been to Mcdonalds in over a year due to poor customer service but today I loved the visitm the mozzarella sticks Definitely recommend everyone to try these (: There’s a new cashier by the name of Asia who was super friendly. Awesome customer Service !! She deserves to have her nametag, to the manager Caitlyn (: Hope she is there when I go back.

3 because the staff was great and food was good. Fries weren’t crazy hot but not cold enough for fresh ones. What bothers me though is that you’ve killed all the value of going here. A snack wrap that was under two dollars is now 4.50. Sadly still closely to the same amount of food as the other. I didn’t expect to go to McDonald’s for overpriced food that’s under filling. This is repetitive of all your stores. And fyi the working people that are early birds eat lunch before 1030. Only lazy people want breakfast in the afternoon which isn’t majority.

I have to agree with Dean P. here, service stinks/​they are rude, however the food is of standard quality I would expect from a Mcdonald’s.

I have been to this McDonald’s before
and they have always been good to me.
I decided to stop by for a late lunch
early dinner.
I have heard of the Buttermilk
Chicken Sandwich being raved
about.
So I decided to give it a try
and boy was this sandwich
ever to be talked about.
I asked mine to be made with
everything on it that comes with it.
It certainly delivered a strong robust
flavor that I loved about and there
other chicken sandwiches don’t have.
I was especially excited about
the brioche bun and it delivers
on the presentation when you
open the box it comes in.
It’s nicely round and shiny and delivers
on taste and texture when you eat it.
My chicken sandwich came with mayo,
lettuce, tomato and a nice crisp crunch
from the buttermilk chicken.
I loved the acidity from the
tomatoes which were
perfect in color and taste.
It seemed like the mayo had a nice
flavor but it’s to hard to describe.
It could’ve been the mayo and
tomatoes combined that seems
more realistic in flavor.
The lettuce added a nice crunch
along with the crunch of the chicken.
The chicken is all white meat, crunchy
and tender. I did not taste one ounce
of fat inside or outside.
The ladies at the drive through
were super nice and friendly. I
rate this a high star because
everything was consistent and
what I had was something I
really enjoyed. I would get this
sandwich again.

They have a nice manager a the drive-​thru but the employee are terrible not nice looking like they were thugs or what ever guyz wake up u are not in a 3rdworld country you have a
Job so smile And be happy but the only guy who smile and is professional is there manager hope the manager see that please make sure ur staff is friendly and are happy to he there or believe plenty of people would love a job

This McDonald’s is not the best but rates somewhere in the middle. The food is usually fresh and hot and the wait times haven’t seemed to be excessive, but thats about all the positives for this location.
They don’t participate in a lot of specials that other McDonald’s do. The prices tend to be higher than some other locations.

EVERY TIME, I order my sweet chili premium wrap thru this McDonald drive thru, they tell me I have to pull to the side because it’s going to take a couple of minutes. It’s either they are out of the sweet chili sauce or whatsoever that’s taking them so long to make it. I understand people make mistakes but this is MOST of the time at this place. I give them a two star because one the person who brought out my wrap apologizes.

All I can say is expect to wait when it is not even busy… terrible experience, cashier was having a very difficult time. only one cashier in the front, despite their large crew. they didn’t even have pastries. definitely reassured myself to never going to any McDonald’s ever again.

I only come here when my kids are begging; but otherwise this is not my first choice for dinner. I got a sweet chili chicken wrap, which was good. But i ordered a sirloin bacon cheese burger for my kid, and sure enough, NO BACON inside. Doesn’t even surprise me anymore. Good thing we ordered to eat in, otherwise I would have been p!$$@@ if i got home without the bacon.
Amazingly mcdonalds workers want minimum $ 15/​hr and they don’t have competent people.

This McDonald’s needs work! I saw No gloves and I also saw a ROACH crawling across the counter! How disgusting and they had cookies that the employees leave open, who knows what has infested the food, then when I asked an employee if they used gloves, she said only the cooks! I I could think of was germs! GERMS !!! Then the young/​woman manger rudely interrupted our conversation and distracted the girl worker to doing something else. Do better seriously.

THE REVIEW: Well, I have eaten at this McDonald’s location more times that I can count or wish to admit to, so I am much more than qualified to give you proper review on it. Lol!
Its not the best McDonald’s in San Diego (which happens to be in UTC) but its nowhere near the worst, which is without a doubt in Escondido off the Center City Parkway exit on Felicita Ave — and I don’t mean the service, I only mean the food. The difference is staggering!
THE RATING: I have to give this particular Balboa Ave McDonald’s location a SOLID 4-​Star rating for the consistency of service they have given me all these many years — during all those countless visits — and for the food being consistently good.

WHY do I come here… Worst McDonalds ever do not come here if you’re trying to go to work on time. We went inside because the line was so long outside and then we discovered we were late for work it just for a coffee and oatmeal… humbug. I’ll be back tomorrow :(I come for the coffee

This McDonalds is unprofessional, inconsistent, slow moving, and uninterested in their customers.
Here’s why:
I continue to be more disappointed by this McDonalds. While they advertise a 24– hour drive thru, they are rarely open past «question mark.» That’s right, no official hours.
Not a huge deal for those with a late night craving, but people like me who work grave yard shifts depend on that cup of coffee at 2am.
Today they were particularly unprofessional. After telling me they were only accepting cash, I ordered a small coffee (there’s a promotion going on for a free small coffee though Sept. 26). First the man sighed and said they didn’t have any coffee brewed yet. Aka «please mam don’t make me brew some just for you.» When I inquired about the free cup he said he could not honor it because it starts at 4am… and the current time was 3:53am. I kid you not.
Won’t be going there again!

Wow!!! Super friendly and nice. I was taking my friends tray of food back to our table, but I accidentally dropped all her fries… I went up to go buy her a new one, but the employees just gave it to me for free. Excellent service! :-)

I treated my mom to dinner. Asked for the quarter pounder no cheese. Got home aaaand… THERE IS CHEESE. IDIOTS. Even our receipt specifically read «Quarter Pounder Cheese — NO cheese». Be sure you always check your food before you leave the drive thru. And there has also been a few times we ordered regular coca cola and ended up with a diet coca cola.

I ordered a baked pumpkin pie this evening (Sept 15) at about 6pm. The box had two stickers on it, both of them broken: «Enjoy By 10:39am 9÷11÷13» (4 days ago), and «Enjoy By 2:06pm 9÷15÷13» (4 hours ago).
When I realized that, I spit out what I had started chewing.

When did this Mickey Ds open up? I turned into a drive way while attempting to go grocery shopping, and ended up in the parking lot of McDonalds. Pretty sneaky; but since I was there and hadn’t eaten at Micky Ds for about a year i decided to stop by for the famous fries. Also got a Jalapeño McChicken sandwich, which was pretty good but i was disappointed with the fries, they lacked that signature crispy texture that makes them so delicious. Did they change the fries, has it been that long since i had McDonald’s fries?
Anywho, i was surprised but glad to see a McDonald’s here, Its a small location maybe 6 tables inside but there is a drive thru which im guessing will be the majority of the business.
