Burger King

I was feeling hungry after shopping and decided on a quick bite from Burger King. I must say I was impressed and enjoyed the A1 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger.
It was two patties with A1 sauce, bacon and cheese on a well toasted bun. The A1 sauce gave the patties a more steak like flavor. The bacon was crisp and the cheese was perfectly melted. The burger and fries were both freshly made as well as the service was quick.
All in all a good experience with very friendly staff.

The last two times I’ve come here its been extremely clean. The service has been very fast. The order was on point. I’ve come early morning & during lunch rush. I’m a picky burger eater. I hate onions. They mix easily w/​the lettuce. One bite of onion ruins the whole burger for me kinda picky. They really try. The only guy «standing around» was cleaning the windows. The place was spotless!

Really great service! I have to admit the burger was actually really big and good! $ 10 well spent!

We ordered large fries and when we went to pay, they gave us a large sprite instead…

Ordered real small basic items but they managed to mess them up. Onion rings, rodeo burger, chicken nuggets. Everything was overcooked — except the bread (which they dont cook soooo that says A LOT).
Customer service was fine but having friendly people serve you bad-​tasting food is like seeing a hot chick then getting slapped in the face by her. Unless you’re into that… then try another location.

I remember back in the day when Whoppers were 99 cents. I was getting them so often that in order for me to slow down, I would throw a buck into a jar if I resisted the urge for a Whopper. Didn’t take long to save a hundred bucks that way. I used to like to go on Whopper Wednesday too. Those were the days my friends

Number one this is suppose to be a fast food restaurant. I saw on the window two sandwiches for $ 5 and said why not. I had to wait longer than normal for my meal. Gerald gave me very unacceptable sarcastic behavior. He aurgued with me and said that I ordered the wrong order. I don’t understand how this could of happen when I pointed at the display in the window and I explained to him in full detail what I wanted. I am very clear when I order something, because I have food allergies. Burger King advertises that you get it your way, but in my case that didn’t happen. Other thing that bothered me is that he had to keep explaining to the cook what my order was suppose to be. The lady kept asking him what my order was suppose to be. After leaving my work I was exhausted and wanted to grab something quick. Definitely go anywhere else if you can. I have a habit in checking my food once I get it, because of my food allergies. The spanish guy that works in the evenings and mornings (I don’t know his name) I believe that he is some kind of management. Everytime I have seen him he give me excellent service. I called corporate within minutes and they took my statement down and said that the store manager will get back to me. The manager never got back to me. Dare I need to tell you that I will not be going back to this place anytime soon even if I am starving. Resolution to my experience was they didn’t replace my meal or give me my money back. To me great customer service is being a good listener, making the customers feel important and appreciated, appreciate the power of Yes, Know how to apologize to the customer. Gerald never gave me any of following services. I believe that if your staff can remember these simple customer service rules. This place will be a happier place.

Most horrible BK ever. Waited in drive thru for over 10 mins (was between cars so I couldn’t just leave). When I got up to to order they said they don’t have the ICEE machine working. REALLY?!
Then I had to wait another 15 mins so I could get through the line! Never again. In n out just a mile away. Taco bed and mcdees just down the road. Do not waste tour time

Went there this morning to get my son a biscuit with cheese, sausage and egg. Service was fast but when he open the biscuit cheese was not melted just thrown on there so we went back through the drive-​thru and told them can they melt the cheese and got the biscuit back without cheese. They don’t understand English I guess never again just will stick with the other Burger king that I usually go to. They want $ 15hr??? Not with service like this. Maybe some people in the fast food deserve more than $ 8.00 but not no $ 15 if they providing service like this.

This Burger King has the longest wait time in the drive thru of any fast food restaurant in San Diego — 10−15 min. without many cars. Its like traveling back in time. It must be very poor management.

This BK is right by my house, and I’ve always had good experiences here. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and rarely crowded, and the drive thru is always efficient.
I would like to make a point to commend the staff on their excellent customer service. Everyone from the guy mopping the floor, to the person taking my order, to the supervisors and manager are very friendly. They always great me with a friendly hello when I walk in and are helpful if I have any questions. The food is always ready quickly, and its usually pretty tasty by fast-​food standards.
If you’ve ever had to deal with the semi competent employees of a Taco Bell or the apathetic crew of a Wendy’s, this Burger King will be a pleasant surprise in the regular drone of fast food eating.

My favorite burger king! Inside is comfy and always clean, I usually use the drive through though and they are always super fast getting my order, always ask if I want ketchup or other sauces, and the fries and sandwiches are always nice and hot!

Very clean inside and no creepy patrons here. Service is fast and the staff here are friendly and helpful. I haven’t been to a Burger King or a fast food place in years, and I must say this was a pleasant experience.

Went in for lunch and tried the chicken nuggets. The nuggets were actually better tasting than the ones at McD’s. Burger king offered a free sample of their new fries. These fries were crackle cut. There was not much flavor to them. The crackle cut fries needed to be fried a little longer. The inside was not crisp but slightly soggy.

Horrible Horrible Horrible ! First off I was the only person in line and the cashier told me I had to wait because the machine wasn’t working. So I ordered a cup of joe and a couple Burgers and the service was so slow ! First off just for 2 whopper Jr’s it took over 5 minutes. Then for my coffee it took over 15 minutes !! Like does it take almost 20 minutes to make one small cup of coffee? And to make it worse when i got it the coffee was so cold i put my finger in it and it didn’t even feel hot. Then I asked the lady for 5 sugars and 3 creams. And she gave me 2 sugars and 1 cream ! Horrible, never go to this Burger King !

I recently moved to San Diego from Florida and this was the very first fast food restaurant I stepped into when I arrived and I have to say Wow! I was very suprised this place was so clean. The employee who took my order was very friendly.

I came here strictly because I saw the commercial promoting their new drinks for $ 1 each. In fact the deal was so good my roommate got one of each flavor, Strawberry Banana smoothie, Mango smoothie, Caramel frap, and Mocha frap. Lucky for you I tried them all so you get the ultimate BK drink menu review.
First off the strawberry banana smoothie is very standard, nothing much new here and nothing much to say except that the strawberries seem fresh and not out of the can (definite plus). The mango is less than exhilarating, not that sweet which most people may like but I felt there wasn’t enough mango flavor.
The fraps on the other hand had much more character. If I had to compare establishments, McDonald’s fraps has a more «icy» blended feel to their drinks while BK has a more creamy feeling (probably due to the vanilla ice cream they add). Also BK’s is sweeter and they put a lot more caramel or chocolate syrup to their drinks. The mocha was simply too sweet in my opinion but the caramel was good. I came back that same night for another one in fact. Still not as good as Starbucks… but hey for the price who’s complaining.

Never again. The staff was slow, the tables/​floors were extremely dirty and as a chain franchise, I was disappointed. I didn’t think it was that hard to make a combo meal.

It’s burger king… you know what you are going to get.

I go to this Burger King because it’s right by where I live. It’s conveninent, fast and affordable. Haven’t had a bad experience with this place. I usually only go here if I need something quick to eat, and when I’m low on the funds. Thank you for the BK Value menu!!! Especially in the state of the economy, everyone’s looking for a deal!
In hindsight, I need to stop checking in (and eating) from fast food places. Let’s be real folks, fast food is only good for you once in a blue moon. As much as they try to provide healthy choices, you can’t help but get a juicy Whopper! So I will continue to patron fast food places, but I need to lay low on the fast food for reals and not for fake.
