McDonald’s. Not sure if the Drive In or walking in is faster. Sometimes the line inside is long and reminds me of a Costco instead of a McDonald’s. Staffing always seem to be an issue but I have sort of gotten use to the issue. My biggest complaint about this location is the location. The strip mall entrance location is too near the free way exit. It is pretty easy to get into the parking lot but hard to go east bound when traffic is busy.

So bad. The service is terrible. I waited in like for 10 minutes and they only had ONE person at the register with such a busy place. At least two. The mozzarella sticks that they gave me had no cheese in them. And like always, they messed up my order.

Worst Customer Service in all of Southern California. Long wait time, under staffed, and the Managers just stand around fill out paper work and stare at the Long Line. Seen 3 potential customers walk out in frustration

How does a trip to McDonalds cost $ 30? I was traveling to Chula Vista with my family to look for a new car. The kids were hungry and insisted on McDonalds, that beacon of reliability in the fast food world. We saw the Golden Arches and stopped in knowing that Big Macs and fries were moments away. What a disappointment! The ordering line was long and despite a seemingly full crew, ordering took forever. The people manning the registers were all busy filling orders. Don’t the crew members behind the front line fill orders and get the food out to patrons? Not here apparently. While all of this lunch-rush was going in, three employees were given the okay to go on their break. So they sat down in the front booth. I guess it’s just me, but it seems like bad form to take break in full view of your customers. I’ve worked fast food; we were always to go on break elsewhere. We finally placed our order for a kids meal, two Big Macs, a QP w/C, sodas and fries all around. I was shocked when I was given the total: $ 30.18. This was the most expensive McD’s I’ve ever been to. So, food tray in hand I went to get straws and ketchup. The first two straws I pulled from the bin had open wrappers. Eeew. The ketchup pump required an engineering degree to operate. They forgot the Bbq sauce for my kid’s chicken nuggets and the food wasn’t especially hot once we got settled down to eat. The cherry on the sundae was the soda fountain. There wasn’t one. No self-refills, you had to go to the(overburdened) counter to ask for one. I should have read the reviews, but it’s McDonalds for crying out loud. You shouldn’t have to.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I was in the drive through and had to pull up passed the window and wait behind a car who was already waiting on their order. After a little over 10 mins of waiting a received an order that was«double checked for accuracy» by the manager and the order was wrong. I didn’t find out until after I drove away. This wasn’t their first time messing my order up but I usually accept the screw up. This time it was the principles since I paid much more than the average order. On returning back through the drive thru, I asked them to correct my order because I realized they gave my order to the car that was in front of me initially waiting. They wanted me to pull up again an wait while they finish other orders in the drive thru. After explaing and verifying their screw up, they did not want to correct my order. I refused to pull up and wait and the manager said I have to leave and called the police. The managers are very untrained in customer service an has no idea on how to run a staff of employees. I finally got my order corrected because of the police that came and received a sorry a$$ apology letter from the owner who was supposed to contact me that same day or the next day(2 weeks later) no call just a letter.

I just ordered a number 5. And they gave me an extra piece of plastic bag o paper inside of the burger. That might extra cost. Dont know if i ate a piece of it. But i dont feel good…

Your credit card machine was down and I only had $ 100 bill. And when I asked to speak with the manager, the manager standing right there wouldn’t even acknolwedge me. Very disappointing. But your counter staff(Kristen) made up for it! :-)

This McDonald’s has one of the busiest lunch hour rushes and is not even worth the wait. It’s also really hard to exit out of the drive-thru. Traffic in the area is always congested and is sometimes impossible to ever turn left after exiting the drive-thru. Every time I have visited this McDonald’s I am treated like crap by the employees working but that is just expected from fast food now days. Food has been fresh so the chefs working here get the okay but staff taking customers orders and serving them the bags of food are bottom of the barrel.

Ordered some food for my sick daughter and they forgot to put her BBQ sauce in her Happy Meal. They even put a old toy in it because they ran out of the Home ones. To top that all off. We had to pull over and wait for our order. Warning!!!Check your order before you leave or you’ll be sorry.

This place is consistently bad and more expensive than other McDonalds. It took having almost 10 people in line to open another register, so add slow to the mix. Cold dry hard hotcakes. At least the milk was cold. This McDonalds should be closed.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire 36 years on this planet. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. The service sucks they try to make nickel and dime you for extra sauce. The staff is rude, slow and lazy.

I live really close to this location and never really had issues with my order wrong or poor food quality, but I do have to say every mcdonalds makes their ice coffee different and I gotta say this location makes them the best just perfect enough milk to taste mostly coffee. Just perfect. Maybe they should train all associates to make that perfect coffee.

Come on McDonald’s how long should I be waiting in the drive thru for!!! I thought this was«fast food.» As I’m writing this review I still haven’t made it up to the window to pay. I got here at 9:39pm & it’s now 10:03 and I’m 2 cars back from paying for my food! This is borderline ridiculous it’s not your employees fault for poor scheduling I’m sure they are working as fast as they can with what minimal crew they have. I blame management for my angry review . On the plus side your employees were polite & my food was fresh & hot.

I know it’s a chain but how often can you get an order wrong. The last time I was here they forgot my fries and today I wend for a simple latte with no frills, plain latte. What did I get, it was definitely not the latte. I was looking for my receipt so that I can call and tell them what happened, well I guess I didn’t get that too. I may be staying away from this place for a some time.

They really, really messed up my order. I hate it when that happens. I’m really picky with my food. I have been here several times. It’s my go to McD’s when I visit my brother. All I want is a burger sans onions and ketchup and it seems that I got one with extra onions and ketchup this time. No excuses. I can’t remember ONE time when IN N OUT messed up my order! However, they didn’t ask me if I wanted to try their new blah blah blah, which is so annoying so I will bump them up one star. Sometimes McD’s is an inevitable, necessary evil!
