After a long search, and at least 5 independent maids, I have had great luck with American Rose. The teams show up on time, do the job necessary, have adequate to supurb English skills, and can clean from marble to messy boys’ rooms! I’ve been able to schedule on relatively short notice, and have never been disappointed. Thank you, American Rose, for providing trustworthy and competent crews.

One star is too good for this company. They are unreliable and will lie about their services or lack there of. I’ve been burned by them more than once and will never again be stupid enough to use Maids by American Rose. This Rose smells fishy and it is! You’ve been warned!

When they actually show up, this service is very thorough. They do do a good job cleaning, but they are almost always late, and sometimes by a ridiculous amount. The last time that I requested service and set up an appointment, they did not show up at all. I will not be using them in the future.

This place didn’t even get a chance to clean my home to piss me off.
I emailed them to come over and give me an estimate at 11:00 on a Saturday. 1115, nothing. I called. I was told «they are not answering their phone, let me send another team, they will be there in 15 – 20 minutes». 30 minutes later, nothing. I called back, I was told «let me try calling them again». I said «forget it». She said «OK». Didn’t even apologize or fight for my business. You don’t want the work, that’s fine with me.
I realize that cleaning homes is not exactly what one aspires to in life. But give me a break — if that’s what you choose to do, then at least try.
