This review is for the LGG2X smart phone w/google available on the T-Mobile network. It actually pains me to give this review, the phone has sooo much potential and when its working its awesome. Unfortunately this phone has sooooo many bugs in the software that its completely unbearable and makes me want to slam it into the wall. I bought this phone with my upgrade and was excited to see how blazingly fast it was, the specs were awesome and only the motorola Atrix was comparable, this phone was the shiz on paper. Then I got it and a few days into using it I started noticing glaring problems with the software, wi — fi problems, random freezes, complete lock outs, gps issues, thinking I had some sort of defect I returned the phone and got a replacement., the second phone was worse than the first!!! Now I am on my 3rd phone and not only does it have all the some problems it started randomly deleting aps. I’ve heard if you root the phone and put a custom rom on the phone you can get it working really reliable but I shouldnt have to reprogram a phone and potentially void my warranty to have something work like it should. This phone has soured me on LG as a whole, how can they continue to let this be acceptable when theoretically it could all be fixed with a software update which can easily be found on the net. Never again LG never again. I am going to return this phone for the HTC Sensation, hopefully that one is free of bugs and can restore faith in dual core phones
