Lesleigh Kent At Hapenstans Salon

I’ve been Lesleigh’s client for years. But a Unilocal member only just for a bit. So this is late, but finally motivated by the most recent experience of Lesleigh doing my hair and makeup for my wedding.
Lesleigh is wonderful. She’s a great person and a great artist when it comes to hair. I get my regular haircuts with her (and have been probably for 6 – 7 years…) — that neck massage alone is worth the trip! :) Then, a few years back, she did an updo for me for a concert I was doing, and that too was beautiful. So when I got engaged, there was no doubt in my mind where to go. She was great in helping plan and envision the styles (I sent her photos and we did a run-​through), and close to the wedding was texting me how excited she was! I did not have a bridal party, but I had a couple of friends in my room for prep, and I offered them a chance to have Lesleigh do their hair too. From 11am to 3pm, Lesleigh did the hair of 6 people, including the bride (me) and a 7-​year old, and my makeup, all with her cheerful smile and fun chatting. EVERYONE loved their hair, even my mom, who thinks no one knows how to do her hair except her :) My updo was spectacular, and the makeup too — lots of comments and really lovely photos.
Bottom line: professional, brilliant, artistic, confident (so I feel like I can trust her and leave her alone and she always does wonderful things), fun, and a lovely person too. And prices her services very very reasonably. I’ll keep going to her for as long as she does hair. Oh yeah, she’s also a fashion designer and a belly dancer. Renaissance woman :)

Lesleigh is amazing! I completely trust her with my hair. When I go in to get my hair done I know I will leave a happy customer. I was reffered to her over a year ago and I am so happy that she is now my stylist. Not only does she style and color my hair, she educates me on how to care for it, so I have healthier hair in general. I would recommend Lesleigh to anyone. She is not your average hair stylist, she is an artist!

Lesleigh is magician when it comes to color and style! She is able to work with each individual’s skin tone to create a shade that is uniquely yours and beautiful. I’m frequently stopped and asked where I get my hair done as it’s evident that this beautiful multitonal shade couldn’t have come out of a box! The cut complements the color perfectly and my hair has never looked healthier! Thank you!

Lesleigh is not only a fabulous belly dancer, fashion designer and bass player, she’s also a hair genius! I’d highly recommend her to anyone who wants to add some style to their hair. She’s amazing with color and flexible with your schedule!

Lesleigh is awesome! I was recommended to her by a mutual friend when I wanted to do something a little different with my hair. She did a great job figuring out what it was that I was looking for (because I didn’t really know) and giving my a cut that was awesome then and as a grew out. And as a bonus she’s smart, witty and funny so it never gets boring :)
