Leis By Motu Hawaii At Leilani’s Attic

My sister graduated from college a few weeks ago and at her ceremony, I noticed some of her classmates were wearing fresh flower leis. I always see that in pictures, but didn’t realize there’s a local spot that makes Fresh Leis for events. Leilanis Attic in PB custom makes leis, and also has some daily in their fridge for last minute gifts. I’m getting married this summer and am gonna have some custom ordered for my bridesmaids. So excited I found them. Definitely check them out!

Looking for a graduation leis and flowers for some friends. Called in to ask about what they have and what they can get, which was just about everything from back in Hawaii. The staff was very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. When I came in to place the order one of the employees was making a lei right there, unlike most lei places. All the leis and flowers they had in store were fresh and reasonably priced. Satisfied with the quality of the leis and loose flowers.

Ordered a lei for a surprise birthday party here. I expected to pay online or over the phone but they just took my number down and the date and time I needed the lei. I called the day it was supposed to be ready and asked that that get it done an hour quicker (rain traffic) and they were fine with it. The lei was beautiful and perfect for the event. It was orchid and plumeria and only $ 30. They also have a shop with stuff for homesick Hawaiians like «locals slippers» and crack seed.

I needed a lei for my goddaughters graduation this week and found Leilani’s when I did a search online. First, compared to others they have a great website that gives you pictures of the product. Sounds simple but I had been to so many other sites that were limited to a couple and one site didn’t even have any pictures of their leis.
I called them up and although they didn’t pick up, I left a message and they must have called me back within a few minutes. It was easy to order and I paid right over the phone. Simple. I ordered the lei on a Saturday and requested a pick up of Wednesday. When Wednesday came around, I completely forgot but they called me an hour before the shop closed to let me know the lei was in and I could come by before they closed or they would hold it for me until the next day. They even offered to cancel the order if I had changed my mind. I called them back immediately because I had just forgotten to pick it up and wanted to make sure they knew I would pick it up the next day.
Today I went in to pick it up and was surprised to find that it’s a quaint little Hawaiian gift shop. They have so many products and clothes direct from Hawaii. They are located right on a main street with plenty of free street parking. I went in and they seem to have a pretty steady business of leis, but I’m sure it’s not uncommon this time of year. I heard the lady ahead of me talk about the leis she bought last year so clearly another satisfied customer and there were phone calls coming in for orders.
Fortunately the lady ahead of me was going to take some time and she offered to let me ask a question. I had already paid for my lei so I just needed to pick mine up. They brought it out in a large plastic container (recyclable) and they are the MOST beautiful flowers I have seen! Undoubtedly my goddaughter is going to be extremely pleased when she finds out. And they smell so beautiful. I couldn’t have been more pleased and like the lady ahead of me, I will definitely come back and use them again. Great service and great product! It really doesn’t get any better than this!
