The chicken poblano sliders were delicious!
The owner makes all of the sausages he sells, doesn’t use any preservatives and from his words and the taste of the product, focuses on using only the best ingredients.
The bratwurst, which he makes with local breweries pale ales was great. The spicy cajun was also pretty good. This guy has a good thing going and I hope to see these sausages around at more events in the future
