I love this store!!! The staff is very friendly. I am using their day and night creams and it’s amazing. Highly recommended for all women out there with sensitive skin.

Great customer service! Popped in with a few questions to find a good everyday facial sunscreen for sensitive skin. Guy was incredibly helpful and sent us home with a few samples to see what we like best!

I was looking for a specific cream that had been discontinued due to a lack of sales and was very happy when I walked in and found the last four bottles they had. I bought them all and the sales associate was really nice she even gave me the tester for free plus many samples. Excellent customer service!

I was elated to know that Kiehl’s opened up in UTC. Nordstrom’s had a great selection, but the stand alone store has more to offer. I highly recommend this store as I’ve dealt with Rosie several times and she’s top notch. When I didn’t get a store credit in 12/13, she immediately looked up my receipt and changed the amount total with my discount. She even mailed me the new receipt with a hand-written note thanking me for my business and included a couple deluxe samples. With that said, I’m sold on this location and very pleased to work with Rosie as she is a very knowledgeable skin care professional and manages the store very well.

I was confused when Kiehl’s opened in the newly renovated UTC mall. Reminded me of Starbucks — like why would you open a store *here*, when you’re already over *there*. *There* meaning Nordstrom’s first level(next to men/women’s shoes). Kiehl’s has a nice little thing going for them at Nordstrom so why on earth would you open up a separate store just around the corner.(Again, hellloooo, Starbucks…) But I was pleasantly surprised for a few reasons: — the new store is bright and beautiful — lots more Kiehl’s products — totally different vibe than the Kiehl’s department at Nordstroms (Only thing I am unsure of is their return policy — as we ALL know how gracious Nordstrom’s return policy is…) I visited UTC late yesterday so I was browsing the stores as the mall was unusually quiet for that day. I’ve been inside the new Kiehl’s in past but just to glance. I’ve had times when someone would come help me and other times when no one would say anything to me. No biggie. But yesterday, Rosie, one of the girls that works there, totally shocked me. First off, she had THE most amazing skin. ***hated her**** Ahhhhemmm, anyways… she was so helpful and knowledgeable. We spent a little bit of time talking about some of the products and she gave me a few samples to try out. I was impressed w/her flawless skin… I mean I was impressed w/her customer service… ahhhhemmmmm, … but mostly, I really liked that she didn’t push me to buy anything or up sell anything. It was a really nice experience actually. And I’m digging this Midnight oil serum sample she gave me so I’ll probably be back to buy it. ***On a side note: Did you *KNOW* that Kiehl’s is owned by Loreal? !!! Yeah, oh she-yit — LOREAL. They were acquired by Loreal in 2000 I think. Found that interesting. Not that it compromises anything as Kielh’s was well established before being acquired(and I dig a few Loreal make up products).***
