had my hair cut there by Rafael for years. Stunning Pro. licensed since he was 18 years old. It was fascinating just to watch someone so good at what he does. He is in automatic mode. He worked on movie people, Pro sports jocks. I don’t think there is anyone better. Plus the receptionist is hot! John

I have been here many times before. I got a great massage today by Bahman. Deep tissue. I have had a few facials too which were nice by Bonita. I am not a fan of the nail dept though. I do not know the girls name but she is Asian and not the friendliest girl. They had Bonita filling in I think when the other girl wasn’t around. She’s so nice but not a manicurist. They chipped the following day. I was a stylist for over 20 years so I can confidently be critical. I would just pass on the nails but try a facial or a massage. They have a dentist in the office which is sweet and they also do teeth whitening. I haven’t used those services but hey, why not get a massage after freaking out in the dental chair :)

Usually nail technicians are overly friendly and try to get your life story in the time it takes for the polish to dry… but my experience at Re3 was the only time where the technician was so unpleasantly quiet, I felt like EYE had to make conversation with her. If you want a mani/pedi without salon banter, this might work for you, but I found the experience to be a bit awkward and would’ve preferred someone more friendly. I feel bad saying this because the technician seemed like a nice girl who was having a bad week or not well coached on customer service. The actual mani-pedi was good, decent quality. I loved the color I chose(a dark red with a subtle, glittery sheen by OPI) but noticed there was not much of a polish selection — a few rows of reds, pinks, rosy-hues only, whereas other salons usually have dozens across a full spectrum of shades. TIP: a bit hard to find, located separately next to UTC mall, near BlueFin sushi restaurant and the back of Wells Fargo bank. Take the elevator up.
