I had really bad sciatica and after a couple of visits with Dr. Appel, I am much better. During my first visit, she really took the time to understand my body’s condition before she started doing any adjustments. She also recommended helpful stretches and tips on how to care for my lower back. Her prices are very reasonable especially for someone so experienced as herself. I definitely recommend her.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and am constantly in pain. I called Dr. Appel last week because my sciatica was making life unbearable, she was quick to schedule me in the next morning. I must say after visiting her, I’ve felt GREAT! My lower back is no longer in pain, and for the first time in a very long time I’ve been able to get good sleep.
She has a very friendly demeanor, has a nice small office with parking, and knows her stuff. I’ve been turned off by so many other chiropractors because they always try to get me to spend more money, Dr. Appel is nothing like that. I look forward to seeing her again, and can’t thank her enough for alleviating my pain.
