Great sandwhiches! Lots of sub choices. Love it when a sandwhich place has swiss cheese! They slice everything up for your order on the spot. All quality ingredients. The staff is always super friendly. Usually Stacey and Brandon have served me. Sometimes I wish they didn’t put so much vinaigrette on my Sammy though cause then it doesn’t keep well if you plan on eating it several hours later. Always happy with my sammy none the less. :)

Holly from Jersey Mikes went out of her way to apologize and rectify the situation. I am really impressed with how important customer satisfaction is to them. Holly really went above and beyond to make sure that their level of service improves. I really feel special and will definitely be going back to give them another try!

I kept hearing all of the radio commercials about Jersey Mike’s having the best Philly Cheesesteaks and all I can say is that they’re overhyped. They do taste good but let’s say that they’re never going to start any fiery debates like Pat’s vs. Geno’s. Having been to both Pat’s and Geno’s in Philly(and I can’t understand why people are such rabid fans of one over the other because I thought they were both awesome), Jersey Mike’s doesn’t hold a candle. They do almost have as much flavor but they cost more and you get less. Honestly, I’d go to Jersey Mike’s again if I were with a friend or something but if I really want a cheesesteak, I’m heading to Gaglione Brothers down in Point Loma.

This place is a chain. Don’t let that fool you because they use quality meats/cheese/produce in every sandwich. They take a lot of pride in their sandwiches and I’ve never been disappointed. I’m an «east coast» sandwich guy so expect to see oil/vinegar options if you desire. Well worth the price of less than $ 10.00 per sandwich.

Jersy Mikes is a step up from Quiznos and Subway in every measure. Their meat, cheese, sauces and seasoning and their staff. They also still have very reasonable prices. Totally recommended.

Came to lunch with my coworker and the staff there is sooo nice. We both ordered the big kahuna and it was delicious. It was $ 8.25 for a regular. Not too bad, especially for the quality and size. There was a lady in back of us that was asking a lot of questions and everyone was so patient with her. Thanks for great customer service.

Jersey Mike’s is the assembly line of Sub’s. Deceptively expensive and very simple sandwiches — order it «Mike’s Way» to get that special vinegar zing added to your sandwich. I think Subway makes a better sandwich due to the toppings, but Jersey Mike’s scores higher for the shaved meat. However, the ‘meat’ is rather questionable(it’s more like Turkey-Loaf-Spam-Tube-Meat) because when was the last time you saw a turkey shaped like a 5lb log? Overall, it’s just an average sandwich with an above average price which can be mitigated by their frequent coupons in the mail.

Having Jersey Mike’s at the UTC mall is a win for the working class of the UTC area. Westfield’s UTC mall has been killing off traditional food court brands in favor of more sophisticated(and expensive) dining options. Jersey Mike’s on the other hand is realistically priced, higher quality sandwiches, that are always consistent. I recommend the #6 Roast Beef(RB is processed on sight) + Mike’s way… You just can’t go wrong with it. Turkey is also a good option if you’re not into RB. — Located of the Macy’s side of the mall next to Veggie Grill and Eureka. — Solo diners have a few seats by the window which is perfect for people watching.

Good sandwiches at an affordable price. Staff work hard to keep the line moving. Kids meals are a big hit because it comes with a cookie and a drink. Good location near the children’s play area.

Jersey Mike’s uses Certified USDA Choice Top Round, cooked in house. The #6 Roast Beef is a great choice, and I like to add salami sometimes. They make their own sub rolls, and I prefer the wheat, which is pretty good, although a little dry. Their red wine vinegar is sour, so the secret to a great sub here is to order it Mike’s Way, but with LESS vinegar. The #13 Italian sub is tasty as well. I’m adding a star for this Jersey Mike’s because the staff is friendly and efficient, and they consistently make a sub which has a good balance between the amount of veggies & condiments and the amount of meats. But I recommend requesting LESS vinegar. My fav sub here is roast beef with double provolone on wheat, Mike’s Way but with LESS vinegar, and add pickles & red relish. This sub is better than the subs at Bite of Boston and better than Subway. Jersey Mike’s is near Eureka in the Westfield UTC mall. Park near Eureka or near Macy’s.

Jersey Mikes is clean and fresh, that’s what I like about it. Came here to satisfy my hunger with a giant American and chips. I like how they slice everything here in front of you to guarantee freshness. It’s kind of a shame they only have the basic vegetables like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles, and banana peppers. But I like my sandwiches basic so it’s okay! I would say it’s on the more expensive side but that’s okay too because the quality compensates. Come here for a yummy lunch.

This location does not have the pork roll breakfast sandwich which compromises the consistency of the brand.

I came stopped by again, requesting«extra cheese» and it was even less than last time(see photo). I think it’s just the way they make their sandwich now :(

Pretty standard sub spot. This was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and I didn’t know what size the sandwiches were. They have a 7.5″ and a 15″…unfortunately my hunger rested somewhere in between the two. A friend and I actually ended up taking advantage of their buy 2, get 3 deal, so needless to say I’ve been eating subs for the past couple days.

As a member of Jersey Mike’s email club, one of the nice things they send you is a coupon for a free regular sandwich and drink that’s only good on your birthday. So, seeing how I hadn’t been to the Westfield UTC location, I stopped by for lunch a couple of days ago to redeem it. My order was for the #9 Club Supreme made Mike’s Way: roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese, bacon, and mayo, with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and spices. The sandwich was definitely filling(it’s a 9-inch one) — the wheat bread was freshly baked and toasty, and it was nice seeing the meat for my sandwich being sliced and prepared in front of me. Not as much variety in the toppings(and bread types) as Subway, but it sure tastes fresher! Oh, and I got a free cookie for my birthday as well! I was even prepared to pay for it, but the nice and friendly staff said it was my birthday, I shouldn’t have to pay for anything! Great place, great food = definitely a fan!

Love the brand more than categorizing a particular«location». This is a busy spot within the La Jolla UTC mall. We’ve come many times and I think they just need to figure out to make things even quicker(if that’s possible). All the workers seem to be all on the same page, and are working quickly, but I think it’s just a high volume store so I can’t fault them on their long lines or service times. All the sandwiches have been made up to par as the other two locations which I frequent in San Diego(Mission Valley, Mira Mesa). so everything is «all-good» as far as the food goes.

On my trip back home to the Northeast for Christmas this past year, I became reacquainted with the regional variety of subs(or «grinders» as we call them). I was bit disappointed when they didn’t live up to my childhood memories. What I got was a whole lot of bread-based carbs and not much else. And, yeah, this Jersey Mike’s is kind of like that. So, in that sense, it’s authentic? As is my norm, I ordered the meatball. At no time during the sub’s construction was I asked if I wanted any additional toppings. And then I received the bready bundle. Now, I love bread so the amount of bread could actually be a plus in a sense, but the amount of bread relative to everything else… not so much. Much like my classic Italian sub experience during Christmastime, the bread simply overwhelmed all the other flavors, which were already kind of bland to begin with. All that for a fairly premium mall price. I had a more favorable opinion towards my experience at a different Jersey Mike’s location so this may just have been a singular disappointing experience. Summary: Mike, you’ve got to try harder.

Definitely a cut above subway in terms of quality both in the bread and meats department. Pricing is a bit higher, but I would rather pay the right price than get myself sick paying low for possibly less quality. Not that I have abandoned Subway completely, I just feel after eating Jersey Mike’s subs, I feel fine after lunch. They are very efficient and more organized than the Subway on the other side of the mall. The choice of drinks are more including Gatorade. The price again is not cheap since you are buying the bottle drink from a food place rather than the store. So when I am on this side of the mall to either do some window shopping or other chores, Jersey Mike’s is my choice of subs. Sorry I can’t be more funny or creative with this review but sometimes, a Sub sandwich is just a Sub sandwich!

I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s around town because I enjoy their sandwiches. Today, I ordered their regular meatball sub with provolone served with their red tomato sauce.( ) I made it a meal and had an iced tea and a bag of Harvest Sun chips. Being the first time I’ve tried their meatball sub, I was not sure what to expect. My first impression was that is was a little messy, but in a good way of course. The sandwich came with three medium size meatballs which tasted good,( ) but they needed to be heated more. They were just warm towards the center. Their flavor was mild and lightly seasoned and slightly dense, but moist not dry.( ) The sauce was a little sweet and mild. It was not spicy. Also, I thought it needed more provolone because one layer did not deliver the cheese flavor nor texture. Overall it was an a okay meatball sandwich and it probably would of been a lot better if it came piping hot. The service was okay and the place was relatively clean.
