Exceptional therapist. I used to run 6 – 8 half marathons a year. In the last 5 years or so I have been plagued by injury and basically getting older. I came to Timi after having recently moved to Sam Diego, and in complete pain in my leg and hip.
I had a hip issue, or so I thought (that’s where the pain was) but Timi isolated the areas and figured the source of pain and had me feeling better than I have felt in months!
Our appointment was scheduled for an hour. When she assessed my issues, she said «this will take a little longer.» She worked on me for 2 hours!
Timi is wonderful and a True professional.

Excellent! Best therapy I’ve ever got. She has consistent firm pressure technique that was much needed on neck and back, She also taught some exercises for back and neck to avoid pain. The prices are very reasonable for the professional experience.

Amazing! Just came from my first massage with Timi, and my whole world looks brighter — not to mention my body feels by far the best it’s felt all week.
She really takes her time (in a good way) and takes time to listen to what you need. And, I was impressed with her knowledge of the body, muscle groups, etc. and the variety of treatments/​techniques she used during our time together. Timi has a lot of experience working with athletes, and it shows.
Only thing I would say is have some water in your car, although she did offer me water at the beginning. Her massage space is lovely and relaxing. Timi is lovely and kind, and a true professional. Looking forward to my next massage!
