I have gone to FS with a couple different running-​related injuries, and had great results both times. These guys are pros when it comes to sports injuries. FYI– don’t waste your time with podiatrists, try FS 1^st.

I have had two bad experiences with the receptionist. My first initial visit she was not very friendly or fast on her feet (Gov location). She didn’t seem to know some of the answers to my questions and overall the receptionist position doesn’t fit her. The second experience comes from me coming to the Serrento Valley location and I was lost so decided to call and of course she answered and wasn’t much of a help but created more frustration. She doesn’t greet people or say goodbye or smile much.
If it wasn’t for my therapist Tara who is amazing and help my leg feel better and stronger after every session… I wouldn’t recommend this place solely for the customer service or lack of from the 1 receptionist I’ve came in contact with. I am sure she’s a good person but doesn’t do a great job making her customers feel welcome and isn’t very helpful.
Keep up the great work Tara– the 5 stars are for you only! I have to give the (–1) for the receptionist.
I will keep coming here for Tara because the work she does on my right leg is truly amazing!
