Before Jeremy, there was no one that could give me a satisfying cut that wouldnt just end up in a bun on the top of my head. I have a full head of fine, silk hair, and its impossible to get a cut that doesnt show every slice and mistake. BUT, with Jeremy’s time, talent, and effort, he has consistently proven that my hair can be perfect. It should never have to hide (even with bed head) because i’ll have a beautiful cut and color. I have never had layers that were particularly SEEMLESS. My hair has changed from the root in its structure, life, and health. I love my hair. It is now an injustice to wear it up because I have an opportunity everyday to show it off. He can make anything happen to match your hair to your personality while keeping it professional and precise. You will come out of his salon with your expectations far exceeded. Let him show you just how beautiful or handsome you can be. Great guy… Great character… The best stylist in San Diego. I am blown away.

I have never felt the need to go on Unilocal and post a positive review. In fact, I hate Unilocal and believe that most Unilocalers don’t have anything better to do than to slander businesses. Never have I felt the need to inform potential clients of such a satisfactory experience as I do with Jeremy. I’ve been getting my hair cut by various barbers/​stylist around the world. I have lived in Italy, which is notorious for some of the most talented barbers in the world. I have lived in New York where I had a fantastic barber from Naples that was highly regarded around NYC. In my home town of San Francisco I frequented a Sicilian barber that has been cutting hair since the age of 14. I have experienced enough haircuts to know what works for me and if somebody is indeed talented and understanding of the craft.
Upon arriving to San Diego, I looked up a «barber» with positive reviews and decided to take my chances with one of these new age urban barber shops. Reviews were positive, thus I took the plunge. I came out disappointed and looking terrible. The haircut had no shape to it, it was clear that the guy was a mediocre failed stylist hoodwinking clientele into thinking he actually understood his craft inside and out. I thus took to Unilocal and filtered through countless reviews until I read about Jeremy. I had to get the haircut fixed, thus decided to try him based on the lofty claims made by prior reviewers. I was apprehensive because his prices were notably higher than what I am used to paying and the fact that he seemed like a stylist as opposed to a proper barber. I had doubts, but I would soon be proven very wrong.
Upon arrival Jeremy sat me down and actually listened to what I liked and what I wanted. He understood what I knew about my hair and what my hair maintenance habits were. He got a feel for what kind of look I am going for, what I kind of personality I have, and didn’t try to impose anything on me or dismiss any of my ideas.
The haircut took over an hour. To say that Jeremy is meticulous and pays attention to detail is indeed an understatement. Every finite detail is attended to. It seems as if there is not a single strand of hair that hasn’t been studied, evaluated, and properly crafted. He even buzzes the finite hairs off your ears and snips any stray eyebrow hair. His meticulous nature is so impressive that I could not help but start chuckling when he started snipping away at my eyebrows. I felt as if I were experiencing a level of pampering that I was not worthy of. When he rinses your hair, he even goes as far as to take a tiny razor around your temple area in order to get rid of any small fine hairs. I was astounded by his complete devotion to every single hair. The final product is very impressive and something I am very proud to wear. The cut is very classic in nature, but perfectly sculpted to fit my face and head shape. I feel as if I am wearing a haircut the same way one feels when they wear a precious accessory or a beloved pair of fine shoes. I left his salon truly feeling renewed and confident.
His overall approach and attitude is very calming and reassuring. He is a nice and easygoing person with no gimmicks or attitudes to portray. He carries absolutely none of the pretentious stylist stereotypes. You instantly feel as if you are in safe and reassuring hands once he begins working on you. His work does all the talking. One can tell that he is completely devoted to his calling. I have upmost pride in wearing his work on my head and am honored to be his client. Try him and see for yourselves. His time and expertise is worth every penny. I have never felt compelled to write a review, but I couldn’t live with myself knowing that I know who the best barber/​stylist San Diego has to offer is.

I’ve been going to Jeremy Harris for over a year now. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair as I have since I started going to him. He can do almost anything you ask him to do with your hair. He’s definitely a perfectionist and takes as much time as necessary to ensure a great haircut each an every time. He even puts up with me falling asleep in his chair from time to time… ha! Bottom line, if you want a great haircut that will garner many compliments, go to Jeremy Harris.

Perfectionist is an understatement for Jeremy. He is the closest thing to a «Hair Guru» that I’ve experienced. My hair style is consistently on point. I had a bad experience at a salon when I was 13 and have been cutting my own hair since. Jeremy is the only person I have let touch my gorgeous locks in nearly 17 years. I’m happy to know I will never cut my own hair again, because I trust him more than I do myself. BOOM! Unilocaled!

Jeremy is the best stylist I’ve ever been to. His attention to detail is amazing – it’s like he’s considering the perfect length and styling for each strand of hair individually. Despite his artist’s obsession with detail, he’s punctual, consistent, and provides a fun, relaxed environment. He’s also excellent at helping me understand the best way to style my hair in-​between cuts. I get massive amounts of compliments on his cuts even 3 – 4 weeks after. Can’t recommend highly enough. Jeremy is the man.

I’ve been going to Jeremy for over two years. Every time I see him my hair looks beyond amazing, with a new refreshed look and always something I can manage to repeat daily. Jeremy consistently proves that he’s the best. It seems like everyone I talk to for any extended period of time remarks positively on my hair. I give my parents some credit, but it wouldn’t have happened without Jeremy. It’s a little more expensive than your average cut, but well worth it to always have the best hair wherever you go. As an added bonus, he’s a smart conversationalist with interesting opinions.

Incredibly talented and creative. Jeremy fits my personal life with hair style perfectly. Not once have i left his chair and been less than ecstatic about my hair cut. Also hard to keep from looking at myself in the mirror admiring my new hair! I have recommended him to many friends and family with the advice of «just go in and let him do his thing.» If i had a third thumb it would be up.

Jeremy is amazing at knowing what you want and perfecting it while adding some tweaks to it that make it even more amazing! i had a curly frizzy hair and Jeremy listend to what i wanted and did exactly that. Awesome guy too!
