Great sandwiches. The air conditioning is working now. They are open 7 days a week with reserved parking spaces.

Tables and chairs were dirty. Was hard to find a clean table to eat. Air Conditioning was not working. Very hot and muggy inside the restaurant, decided to take our food to go. Food was good, facilities not so much.

They have bomb sandwiches. The hot pastrami is probably my favorite, but haven’t had a sandwich here I didn’t like. They do close at 4:30pm which is a bummer, but I make sure I go before then.

Sadly disappointed! I ordered the Italian sandwich to go. I opened it 10 minutes later when I got home and the bread was soaked! I decided to eat it anyway. The menu said it had oil and vinegar and I watched him put it on but the puddle that came out of my sandwich tasted like water.
As much as I don’t love Subway, I’ll choose that next time I want a sandwich!

Please do not advertise that you have Po’Boys when you don’t. A Po’Boy is a fried/​crunchy shrimp sandwich. I made a special trip here and parking was difficult and far away, only to get in there to view the menus description of your «Po’Boy». NOT EVEN CLOSE! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Please change the name of that sandwich and don’t advertise it as a «Po’Boy» when it’s not.

BEST pastrami sandwich in San Diego. I’ve eaten a lot of pastrami and this one beats them all. Their pastrami is so lean you get any gristle. I go back all the time for this sandwich.

When a business says it’s going to be open, I expect it to actually be open… Or, at least post a sign or something to explain why it’s not when it’s supposed to be open. Yesterday, my family and I stopped by just prior to 1 pm to pick up sandwiches for a planned event for Mother’s Day, and we wanted to try the sandwiches at Grab & Go after hearing positive reviews. However, it was locked up tight, despite it stating on the window and its own website that it was to be open. I understand that things happen that are unexpected at the last minute, but at least acknowledge that you’ve either changed hours or you are giving your staff the day off or something with some kind of notification, just so I know that you care enough about the customers that you tried to let us know. Frustrating…

I had a roast beef sandwich there today and I can honestly say that it was the freshest roast beef I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. My sandwich was just really, really good… I didn’t know that’s what roast beef was supposed to taste like, seriously. And, the manager (?) has had a smile and very friendly attitude both times I’ve been in there.

I love this place! The manager is so friendly and asks me about my day every time I’m come in. The customer service is great and the food will keep you coming back for more!
