I honestly am being generous giving by a 1 star… We hired this father and son to work on our RV.
I had had a couple different contractors help us over the yrs but these guys… I cannot recommend… The father and son seems like a nice dynamic… DONT be Deceived!
They started out ok (from my perception)… OH NO! The dad had to leave to go get parts at battery store and a plumbing connector… Son was still working (Ok, fine)… 3 hrs dad is gone. I live near downtown, so I couldn’t figure our how he was gone for SO LONG to pick up part (or 2 parts)…
His son was done with what he could do without parts so I came into RV and he had folded
blankets and cleaned up things. HMMM. Nice, but I was paying $ 75. per hr for each of them.
NOT OK…
Dad FINALLY RETURNED… With WRONG PLUMBING CONNECTOR… He spent a bit buttoning up a few things and then presented me with bill for $ 760… He charged us for ALL the HOURS HE WAS GONE… NOT OK!!! SCAM…
I needed much more work done on RV and ended up taking to dealer (believe it or not, felt better about service and NOT SCAMMED)… DONT GO HERE… I went to San Diego Trailer Supply for
GOOD, efficient and HONEST SERVICE)… WE WERE SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!

Well here I go again. This is my third post, just when I thought everything was good, it only took a week for the second repair Gold Coast did to fail and flood the under belly of my 5^th wheel again. When I contacted Gold Coast they’re response was that they had fixed it correctly and had taken the electrical tape (they put on the water valve) off the valve (incorrect it was still there), also they texted me on how I should fix it! I feel their integrity and customer service is poor and I would not recommend or use their services. A shout out and thanks to Sonrise RV for their professional assistance and support with getting the work complete with the correct parts.

Gold Coast did a great job picking up the pieces after I had called RV M.D. off of Craigslist. RV M.D. came right out but didn’t fix a thing, scratched my flat screen TV and charged me $ 162.00 for 1 ½ hours. He heard of my dissatisfaction, called me and was refunding my money. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, and RV m.d. didn’t stand by their work. Gold Coast was out the next day, fixed the refrigerator, the slide, electrical and changed me less then Chris from RV M.D. Call Gold Coast.
I called them for a second job some time later. They did not show up. The day he did make it out, it was without the tools needed, like a screwdriver. I decided to call someone else.
