This place is so cute! I had never been in before and stopped by the other day, oh my gosh, so cute.
I bought a necklace that said love on a little bar, love it.
They have a ton of nice jewlery, cute stuff for an apartment like wall art, wine glasses with glitter on it, greeting cards, just stuff any girl would enjoying getting as a gift.
Gonna make it easy for you men, your girl will most likely like anything from this store for Christmas. I would… hint hint :)
The clothes were great too. Not to expensive and current trends. Like an upscale forever 21 mixed with Angl.
The girls at the counter were sweet too.
I’ll be back for sure. Esp for gifts for my friends.

This little clothing place really is the cutest place. The selection isn’t large, but what they do have is very cute. Some things can be a little pricey depending on how much one would want to spend on an article of clothing, however the service is excellent! The young woman who helped me was incredibly helpful. I held a dress for a few hours to make sure I didn’t find something better and as soon as I returned into the store the woman immediately came up to me with my held item. I tried it on again in addition to about 5 more dresses she hand picked for me to try. Great staff!

Extremely eye-​catching and attractive store, from any corner you observe it! Love everything in it, as well as the sister store in Escondido. They have the prettiest earrings in town, seriously, tidy organization and smiley girls working there that let you browse, touch and try with no push. You don’t find too many things of the same so you get that boutique exclusive feeling to it that is so cool and you want to go back to shop and buy gift every time you pass by. They also carry the type of inspiring message gifts that are so fashionable these days. All is classy, pretty and chic at Francesca’s, specially the scarves, the dresses and the earrings.

When you want something that’s a step up from the usual costume crap of Forever21 but less than the investment pieces I find on my favorite floor of Nordies, Francesca’s is the place to go.
The clothes are cute, affordable and the ladies who run this one are exceptionally nice. They’re great for gifts and little trinkets for that special gal in your life. Or yourself. Whatever.

This is by far my favorite place to buy gifts! Both for other people and me. Hehehe.
Very organized shop, everything is kept neat and tidy. The displays are eye-​catching! Great selection of handbags. Plenty of fun clothing. The clothing here is chic and stylish — and affordable.
The best best best things here are the gifts, including funny journals with prompts, notebooks, all kinds of inspiring stuff like cute mugs and quirky phone accessories and candles and other trinkets.

I love Francesca’s. Great selection and such cute clothes, jewelry, shoes, and gifts. The only thing is I come here often, and I have probably been greeted upon arrival once or twice. The staff doesn’t say anything to you unless you pick something up like you want to buy it or need to try something on. That is the only downside.

I’m a FAN. One of kind finds, good prices and helpful employees. Ohh and they have good mark downs.

This is my favorite store. I haven’t been to any of the other locations, but the one at Horton is awesome.
Customer service is great, clothes are boutique but reasonably priced. They always have lots of random stuff near the accessories which is one of my favorite things about the store.
Definitely the best store for gifts and accessories if you’re ever stumped on what to buy someone.

LOVE this store! This review is actually for all of the locations in SD, but I like the Fashion Valley one best… I didn’t see a Unilocal page for the FV one, tho.
Anyhoo… I first stumbled upon Frannie’s in La Jolla. It was love at first sight. Awesome selection, reasonable prices, and the gals that were working were super nice. I have been in there a few times and have never had a problem with customer service. I had no idea that this was a «chain» boutique until I saw that one was opening in Fashion Valley. SWEET!!! Now another excuse to go to Fashion Valley besides Nordstrom and MAC! The La Jolla location is ok if you want to linger around the beach area, browse, and grab some lunch… But it’s easier for me to get in and out of Fashion Valley, and I usually find a parking spot by Nordstrom. The FV store is also a lot more well lit, and the girls in there have always been super friendly and helpful as well. The Horton Plaza store is nice, but really small… Yet they somehow manage to cram a decent selection of clothes and jewelry in there. It’s just hard to move around if there’s more than 4 customers in the store.

Great addition to Horton plaza! Wandered in this evening. They carry many little random items. The store has a bit of an «anthropologie» vibe which i love! They carry many of the same candles and perfumes. They have a great selection of handbags under $ 50, and lots of clothing under $ 40. What caught my eye the most was the bags and the accessories. Many great gift items. The woman that was working was super nice and helpful. You should check this place out, Its a little hidden downstairs by starbucks, a great addition to this mall.
