Love this Bebe! A little too much. They have such great deals, I always walk out of here with something I don’t need but super cute! Definitely look here if you need a formal outfit or date outfit. I have so many things from here that were on sale. From dresses to jumpsuits to my new two piece! Whenever I have somewhere to go I always have a cute outfit from here to choose from in my Bebe-​ful closet. The employees are always friendly and helpful too.

Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. It’s an issue in general in this country, people’s lack of customer service skills, but I’m only calling them out because this is the second bad encounter by the same woman. Their store manager is rude and awful. She cares more about store set up and paperwork than greeting or tending to customers. I don’t know her name but she is currently pregnant. I work in Horton Plaza and normally like shopping at Bebe, but my recent purchase there I regret because based on customer interaction, or lack thereof, I shouldn’t have purchased anything. I was not greeted when I walked in with a warm welcome and the manager and another woman were setting up the store and going over display. I was looking for a dress for my 30^th and their ladder was in front of the dress I was eyeing. I said excuse me, but they acted annoyed and as though I, the customer, were in their way! Not to mention I was started a fitting room with a few dresses and not checked on a single time. I was literally the only person in the store. I complained to the woman behind the register, who had nothing to do with anything, and told her that the manager needs to work on her customer service skills. I’ve worked retail and have always gone above and beyond for all clients. Clients should always come first. I’m sorry that I made a purchase at all. I even emailed Bebe last time the manager was a jerk and they never responded. I agree with previous posts Bebe had a red headed woman who was amazing and a gay man who treated everyone like he was their personal shopper. Their staff now sucks.

Honestly I only walked in because i’m looking for a special outfit that I need asap. I normally shop online with bebe so I don’t have to deal with the staff. Walking in I didn’t get a welcoming hello, like most stores. Found a dress that was cute but when I asked for them to look for a different size she said «thats all we have», rather than looking to see if another location had one or even ship one to me. So as i’m walking out of course she said «Goodbye!» lol … I learned my lesson shop online only.

I’m giving it two stars because of the fact that I found an awesome dress, and second that the red head behind the counter was one of the most pleasant people I’ve met in all of SoCal.
However, the other girl that worked there was pretty snotty and rude insisting I try on a dress more than once after I told her I knew it was gonna fit. And going up to someone and saying «is that for you?» condescendingly is no way going to help you sell anything, ever. I tried it on to amuse her, but for the record, I am fully aware of my size of my butt and my shape and what looks good on me. She looked annoyed the dress fit me! Too funny, prob won’t return under normal circumstances.

FIRST OFF-​seconding the review below me, their customer service is HORRIBLE.
I came to BEBE a couple months ago to find three dresses for a vegas trip. As I walked in the store I was greeted by a quiet girl and smiled at by a tall redheaded lady at the register (who i later find out is the manager). I shop and am being followed! in that tiny store! I overhear the manager tell the girl to go over by me and had to tell myself they were new at this to not walk right out. I grab about seven dresses to try on. while I was trying on the dresses I could see the managers feet literally against my divider in the fitting room as if she was trying to spy on me? I come out with all the dresses and begin to put away the ones I dont want back where they belong. I did this because Ive worked in retail for five years and know its a pain the ass to do go-​backs as they had a large rack already. As Im doing this the redheaded manager is staring at me like im breaking a law by doing that or something?! how about oh mam I can put that away for you! anywho-​as I walk across the store to put another Item away in a very LOUD quiet voice (nice try) the manager says to the sales girl «GO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE CENSORS ARE STILL ON THOSE DRESSES». I could NOT believe it. wtf is wrong with you ??? I only bought one dress because it was down to 20 dollars with the clearance but I laughed at her instead of answering her questions and in litteral silence handed her my debit card to make it akward. I will never shop here again. It amazes me people like this run this brand!

I love this place. I would definitely recommend all women and girls to go shopping at this store.
BEBE in Horton Plaza and around the world has mostly good customer service. I give them 5 stars for clothes, 5 stars for the service, and 5 stars for the organization.
I experienced several times they have good customer service and a friendly, helpful staff including sales assistants, a sales manager, and a fashion advisor.
If you need a party dress or an evening dress, you should go there.
You should look into shopping at this store and maybe you can find one or more dress.
When I was in Hawaii, I urgently needed a dress, a skirt, and a top for the night. I walked into the store and asked for help. Immediately, one sales assistant/​fashion advisor helped me and asked me what I liked and what I didn’t like.
She took the lead and brought me to the big dressing room and told me to wait. She was to look for me some dresses and clothes. After a few minutes, she came back with another sales assistant and they had a lot of pieces of clothing. With her professional advice and help, I found everything in a short time, for what I was looking for. I was so happy and I felt so good, when I left the store.

It was my first time shopping at bebe. I got a skirt and a top. About 25 days later I decided to return the top, new, never worn. I came back to bebe and found out that they give me 21 day to return… (Every store gives at least 30 days). They couldn’t even give me a store credit but forced me to pick something in the store the same day. I found another top, which I wouldn’t buy, but had to so I don’t just loose the money. Top was .30 cents less then my return, so I asked the sales person just keep it, but she told me I HAVE to buy something else, so the amount of my exchange is the same or higher than my return. So I had to buy another unneeded thing so I could funaly leave the store. I am very disappointed in bebe and never comming back there again.

This Bebe location sells Bebe Sport in-​house! Yeah! I tried on a pair of shorts that I intended to wear to yoga and quickly fell in love so I bought them. I also tried on some sports bras and jackets. I really appreciated that I could try the clothes on before I bought them. Be sure to check out the sales rack because they have the clearance Bebe Sport there too. Customer service was great but I was there on a week day afternoon before it got too busy.

Terrible and «GHETTO» client service. Trish and Joyce have to be the most unprofessional and not to mention rudest retail people I have ever encountered. I wasnt looking for the red carpet to be rolled out, but damn! The vibe was so cold and unwelcoming.
I’ll stick to fashion valley, and spend my hard earned dollars else where. I’m not ok with the two women giving me the third degree from the moment I walked through their door.
By far my most bizzare store experience in my life!
They totally fell to judging a book by it’s cover. I’m not going to lie, I was looking a little run down, in gym clothes no makeup on, about to hit the 24hour fitness in horton plaza. They totally treated me like a teenager who was about to steal their merchandise.
To make matters worse, I did not even have a hand bag or bulky clothing on me. I had on work out wear!
Trish was on me like a hawk calling for security walk through from the moment I walked through the door for loss prevention. Did she mistake me for someone on their loss prevention organized crime ring or what?
Silly thing is, I have a shop in FV mall that I run, so I instantly picked up on their loss prevention tactics. I’ve been in the loss prevention business for the last nine years! These ladies were a major client service fail to me… Either way, I’ll never step foot in their door again. Being in retail I dont belive in doing a complaint unless it’s that severe. And this incident was.
But after everything I love how BEBE corporate does not get back to you… MEH, I guess this is my only outlet.

II went to this BeBe to look for an outfit to wear for that night and they let me in even though the store was gonna close. I love it because its not like other bebe stores where the sales people are very sharky.

bad customer service! but cute clothes though

Bebe has great going-​out dresses this season! I’ve basically bought out the entire store by now. They also have sexy ass shoes and hot accessories.
My one complaint regards the customer service. The ladies are lovely no doubt, but without exaggeration, I was asked no less than 10 times if I needed help during the 20 minutes I was in the store yesterday, 8 of those times by the same salesperson. Over-​kill much?

My prissy friends love Bebe. The clothing store makes great outfits for SDSU and UCSB girls with plush bank accounts.
Although the clothes are a little preppy for my taste, I have to admit I find a lot of the blouses here really cute and most of the cuts are so so flattering. A lot of the designs are pretty unique and not too risqué. I have a friend who has the most adorable, yet elegant «going out» tops from Bebe.
The selection at this shop is not too vast. I had a hard time finding clothes that came in my size, but I personally just don’t love most of clothes here so I didn’t purchase anything. And I don’t want to spend a ton of cash to look like a prep.
