Brad was awesome… I called and received same day appointment. Within minutes he find the problem and moved on to our next trouble appliance. In no time he found out what the problem was. First Response came out a few weeks ago to install a condensation pump to drain the water properly and installed an anti microbial media filter. They were very friendly and efficient and we got a great price! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again when duty calls!
