Just made my first mortgage payment ever, and I must say a huge «thank you» to the man himself! Mister Eric Hays, for making this happen for me. From the very first text contact, to email exchanges to meeting at Starbucks, everything was beyond professional. Felt almost like online dating (he needed to know my when’s, how’s, where’s, and what’s) that lead to our first blind date… that went super well. lol. Eric always had my best interest in mind, was never, ever pushy (even when it came down to the wire to make an offer) and always gave me his honest opinion and explained everything in full detail down to the verbiage I could understand. I have no hesitation to recommend or to have Eric by my side, in search for my future home… now to have him chip in with the down payment… Hmmmmm… Eric???

I worked with Eric to purchase my first house and I must say he is a very pleasant agent to work with. He really does work hard and think harder for his clients. On top of that, he is one very honest and professional real estate agent, which is pretty hard to come by nowaday. I will definitely recommend him and certainly have already recommended him. Eric Hays is the most honest, reliable, trustworthy & results driven real estate agent I know. He managed a property we rented and took care of a shower repair promptly. After moving out of the unit, he even sent our mail to us! He is very responsive and always on top of things 24⁄7.

I feel that Eric is a great resource for purchasing or selling property in the San Diego region. Not only does he tailor his customer service to each buyer and seller, he is always availbale for contact when needed. Eric was recommended to me from a friend who also purchased and sold property with him. I am very satisfied with his knowledge of the Greater San Diego area and his Nebraska roots make him an incredible communicator. A kind soul with intelligence… I’ll take it.
