I went into this place to get dresses for a black tie event and a NYE event. I am a person who doesn’t shop often but when I do, I do damage. I was so put off by the staff’s lack of interest that I left.
I went in and looked at a couple items. I decided there were a few things I wanted to try on. The manager (Asian lady) was standing RIGHT NEXT TO ME with a new hire. She repeated to the new hire several times make sure you always greet the customers. As I stood there staring at both of them with a garment in my hand neither of them even acknowledged my existence. I put down his address then I said it would have been nice to have service as I walked away. Another young lady (white woman) went inside as I was leaving. I decided to wait to see how they are dressed her… all smiles.
UGH Not going back there.

Beware of terrible exchange/​return policy!!! Would not exchange a dress I purchased that was completely sewn at bottom. Completely useless to me, had receipt, tags attached and never left bag. Only 4 days past 14 day time period. Will never buy cheap stuff here again. Now thanks to Jeanne and Amanda… Going to another store next time.

One of the newer boutiques that opened in Mission Valley. Their selection of clothing is really cute and it has more of an edgy style to it. It’s really stylish, however I do think their prices are unreasonable. I saw some of their items sold at another store for way cheaper than what they sold theirs at. In addition, the manager was rude to me when I walked in or at least I think she was the manager. She kept giving me the «stare» as if I was going to steal something, it made me feel uncomfortable. She didn’t smile and there was no friendly attitude at all coming from her. I like the selection of clothing but they need to improve their customer service and fix their prices. Most of their stuff you can find online too so if you’re iffy about buying an item online I would try in their store and see how it fits and order it cheaper online.

Dropped by this cute boutique after a movie at Mission Valley mall. The store and dressing rooms were neat and clean. The girls there were friendly and helpful. They truly seemed happy to help out and assist with ideas.
Now, the clothes, they were trendy and stylish, but most of all, made of quality materials. The prices were on spot too, completely affordable and reasonable. I don’t have a lot of time to shop so when I find a place that has a cute clothes with reasonable price tags, I stick with them. I bought a few nice pieces that I can’t wait to wear

One of the newest additions to Mission Valley mall.
They do have some nice selections, but the prices here are off the wall.
The quality of the clothes are not as great and I strongly believe that some of their products are not worth the price.
They do have an interesting selection, most items are not the usual items that you would expect to see at another store. Like shirts and dresses that are like k-​pop/​asian style.
I did find some eyelash lace bralettes here that no other store has and i was about to order them online, but still, the material wasn’t that great.
And since this store is obviously korean owned, I can tell that a lot of the products are made in china or asia.
