Dimille’s Catering

We had DiMille’s cater our 2014 office Christmas party. Don Hill was the catering consultant I dealt with. The order was correct, it arrived on time, there was plenty of food, and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect!

This is the favorite restaurant of my boss, so when he retired it was a natural that we would have DiMille’s cater the party. I met with Don Hill, the catering manager, to arrange the menu, and from that point on I had nothing to worry about as far as the food and beverage portion of the celebration. Don kept in touch with me to make sure that things were going smoothly and to clarify details. The evening of the event he and his highly competent crew arrived on time to set up the bar and appetizers, and later he returned to personally supervise the buffet set up.
We had both meat and vegetarian lasagne, a tomato alfredo pasta, salads and breads. The Chicken Marsala was delicious – almost as good as mine LOL! The serving crew was friendly and accommodating, even helping us clean up afterwards. They packed up the leftovers in «to go» containers for guests to take home – the food was so good that there were only about 8 containers left, which were grabbed quickly, so I missed out!
Thanks to Don and his crew – everything worked out perfectly and the DiMille’s staff was phenomenal!
