David Stel is the lousy customer service representatives from Dewalt. I have some warranty issue which I want to get a proper followup and all I get is Bad Attitude. I am a devote Dewalt customer and I should be not be insulted with such bad customer service. I will file an official complaint to this man. Update: A formal complaint has been filed to Dewalt Corporate. Bad customer service representative deserve to be punished one way or another. Mr David Stel is a bad apple.

I am completely dis-satisified with the customer service I received on Jan. 28, 2013. The Manager was very unprofessional and cussed under his breath at me. I spent over $ 230 on repairs to my tools. I paid for a new battery with a drill service, but when checking out, they tried to give me a(year old) battery. When I asked for a new one, the Manager told me I was difficult and put his hands over his ears(so as not to hear anything I had to say) ___childish and unprofessional.
