These Guys are petty legit. Yeah prices can be about $ 0.50 -$ 1 more on some stuff or $ 2 more for a 12 pack of beer and what not, but that beats going to Walmart or vons and have to park somewhat far, and then stand in line, that can take bout 10−15min… This market is so easy to just go Im and get out in less than 2 minutes, the owners are cool and always joking around with the customers so that’s always a plus. I’ve been going the for about 10 years. If something is $ 2.57 or $ 5.20 they always round it down. And yeah I may be paying a dollar more… But it all comes down of what your time is worth… I’d rafter pay that extra $ 1 and be in and out in a minute…

I went to buy soda for the wife, chocolate for the kid and lottery scratchers for me.
At first the cost for a 12 pack of Coke and 1 candy bar came out to $ 8.49 then he quickly said $ 8. I thought to myself that it was nice for him to round it down for me.
Then I got my tickets.
On the way home I realized $ 8 bucks was too much.
If the candy bar was $ 2 then a 12 pack is $ 6? That’s on the high side for both.
I didn’t see any prices marked so I’m just left to wonder. Oh well.
I know they need to make money but I’m not comfortable with the idea that I could be charged more or less, based on how much they think they can get from me.
I live right around the corner and it was my first time there.
The only time I plan to visit in the future is if I need lottery tickets because I know they can’t instantly jack the prices up on that.
2 stars because the store was empty and I was in and out and they do lottery. Otherwise it would have been 1 star for the slimy feeling I got after getting ripped off.

This place sucks overpriced and every freaking customer is paying with ebt and their to stupid to get the right product so you have to sit in line forever dealing with dumb customers and even dumber clerks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I hate this store. It used to be the place to go when you needed small items. But these iraq arabians whatever they are screw you over. If you go buy a beer and it says 1.99 they will charge you 2.29 some people say uh its petty change but when your always in there or have been going there for 10 years or more its fu**ed up. I would rather drive to El picador there honest and the products are freasher.

Childhood market n still go here. These ppl r always friendly. Ive been to markets where the chocolate is white cuz its old! nasty, how dare they sell me old chocolate! Well its safe to say everythin is safe to eat here! :)
