I contacted Coverall and spoke with one «Monty» regarding having someone come out from Coverall to give me an estimate for my floor cleaning services. He made an appointment for 12 noon on Thursday, February 4th. Noon rolls around, and no one from Coverall shows up. About 12:30 I called Monty and he informs me that the local Coverall franchisee does not want my business as there is, quote, «a stigma» associated with cleaning hair salons. I’ve been in business for 30 years in multiple locations in San Diego and Monty and Coverall gave met just about the most atrocious customer service I have ever received.

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. This company is terrible. They «clean» our office every month and recently a package with my personal information and purchased items worth $ 30 was thrown away from my desk. Not to mention what an inconvenience this is, but it’s also a felony to tamper with someone’s mail. After sending a friendly reminder they took over a week to even provide a response. And there wasn’t even an apology, they just gave a reminder on how strict their policies are and their cleaners would never do something like that.
Do not trust these guys, do not hire them. Worst company ever.

Extremely unprofessional company. We have hired them for commercial office cleaning over a month ago and had not had a single cleaning where everything was cleaned according to the agreement. After complaining to the Field Consultant Claudia (who later claimed to be the company owner) I encountered such an extraordinary level of rudeness and arrogance that I proceeded to cancel my contract immediately.

What a great commercial cleaning company! They are so professional and they have the most cutting edge and innovative cleaning services! They have extensive training in blood born pathogens and can do terminal cleaning as well. I highly recommend this company they are all rock stars.
