Lani and her girls are great! The shop is clean, and they run on time. Great for all kinds of nail services. They have comfy massage chairs for pedicures and hot towel service.

This place is horrible! Before recently moving to Del Sur, I lived up the street from this nail salon for 10 years. I used to go regularly when it was under the previous ownership (with no major complaints). Under the new ownership, quality and service have declined dramatically.
Every time I went to this place I was pressured to upgrade to more expensive services I didn’t want. When asking for a full set and French manicure polish I was practically bullied into getting the white tips… that I didn’t want! I was made to feel like an idiot for wanting the removable French. When asking for my nails to be cut shorter the manicurist argued with me. When asking for a more rounded edge than the typical sharp square, the manicurist argued with me, saying that’s an «old lady style.»
The staff are very rough and haphazard when nail filing. The experience was always painful and blood was drawn on more than one occasion. The staff always became upset when they made a mistake and I attempted to correct them (including the owner who started giving me a gel manicure when I asked for a full set)…to the point of being openly rude and hostile, then obviously talking crap about me in Vietnamese.
After the change in management, I tried this place a couple of times on my own, vowed never to go back, then (unfortunately) received gift cards from my kids and husband for Mother’s Day and my birthday (hubby forgot I told him I hated the place).
Bottom line, I would have rather traveled miles than walk a few blocks to have my nails done at this salon… and forget about pedicures! They’re unsanitary and barely even rinse out the tubs. In fact, they’re practices are pretty unsanitary in general. A previous reviewer was correct in saying they pour the leftover solutions back into the same bottles (many salons do this but not the higher quality ones). The supplies never appeared to have been cleaned before they were used on me and I never saw anyone clean them afterward.
I’ve seen three different manicurists there, including the owner so my review is not based on one bad experience. For what they now charge, I would expect much better service. My advice… stay away!

I have been going to Hana at Cindy’s Nail for almost 3 years and I love her! I visit her every two to three weeks to get a gel french manicure. She is always pleasant and does a great job. Hana is a perfectionist which is good news for me — my nails always look great when I leave. She always listens to how I want my nails (shape, length, etc) and then she remembers just how I like it from visit to visit. If you’re looking for someone to go to on a regular basis, I highly recommend Hana!!! The location is very convenient for me, but if she ever leaves, I’ll follow her wherever she goes! BTW — the prices are very reasonable.

Old review — -My toes have been hurting for 10 days from nails. Hannah worked on me for 1.5 hours, for $ 18, did my feet too, and legs, and my pain is gone! Fantastic job! Better than going to a Podiatrist! You have to go monthly, to keep up on your toes and feet! Was my first pedicure, since I’m a guy, but wow… will keep coming back. I even got a back massage! I give 6 stars!!! Total relief! A blessing! They work so hard for such little money. Tip them well… and pay cash, so they don’t have to pay card fees. So great!

I really enjoy this place! It is next to a bar but I am not reviewing based on that. The owner is always smiling and with a good attitude. I usually go to see Thu to get my refills and she’s pays attention to detail and doesn’t mind if I ask for specific things. I have three kiddos (ages 3 – 13) that sometimes end up going with me and all of the ladies there make sure that they feel comfortable — whether it be letting them sit in the pedi chairs or offering them treats and magazines to pass the time. I’ve been meaning to write this review for over a year, but have finally gotten around to it. I always leave this place loving my nails. Thank you ladies!!!

The owner Lanni is rude. She spoke about me right in front of me. She clearly has no idea what it means to be in a service oriented business and treats clients like an inconvenience. When I visited the shop there was only one other client there at the time.
On the other hand, Leann did a beautiful job on my fill (pink & white).
So, If you have thick skin and can deal with the caustic owner, ask for Leann:)

I will preface this review that I am not a frequent nail do-​er, so perhaps my assessments may be off. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I always feel like I’m getting ripped off at nail salons. They always list a price and somehow I must have a secret «sucker» tattoo on my forehead that I don’t know about because I am always paying more than the sticker price. My experience at Cindy’s Nails was no different.
I came in to Cindy’s Nails on a whim because of proximity and my first impression of the «salon» was that was a bit outdated, so I was prepared for a no fuss no muss type of service. Then, as I was scanning the walls for my polishes, I noticed that they had a limited selection of premium lacquer like OPI and China Glaze, but more lower end brands like Revlon, Wet n Wild, and some brands I’ve never heard of. I suppose I’m just used to going to nail salons that have a variety of OPI colors, but I ended up picking one of the no name brands for my toes and decided to go with gel polish for my fingernails.
The service was great. They were very thorough in scrubbing and cleaning my feet to a point where I felt a little bad. The woman was gentle, despite her strenuous effort to remove my calluses and all while making conversation and smiling at all the customers. However, perhaps it was because I chose some no-​name-​brand of nail polish for my toes, but even after sitting in the chair for an additional 35 minutes for my nails to dry then another 60 minute car ride without any shoes on, my polish still smudged! Two hours at a nail salon… wasted.

Im visiting my mom whom is in a local nursing home and I decided to take her for a manicure/​pedicure. I call Cindy’s for an appointment 3 hours ahead. My request was to have them both in the same time, as it’s hard for her to sit to long. We arrive and the owner informs me that they can’t do both at the same time. Another wards they over booked.
Bad business… We left!

Went tonight for the first time and had a great spa pedicure. Lani and the girls are really friendly and nice and talked with us (not about us behind our backs) pretty much the entire time. Came with my friend who is having her baby this Friday and she was really comfortable in the brand new massage spa pedicure chairs they have. Hanne gave me a great foot and lower leg massage and took such care and a lot of time on my nails to make them look great. She did some of the best flower designs I’ve had!
Really reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean facilities and convenient location. I’m definitely going back for regular manicure and pedicures!
