I have been recently been see ads for the«adult friendly menu» and their«all you can eat pizza buffet lunch» for $ 5.99. Let me tell you that it’s not really a «buffet» as they would perceive it to be. It consisted of 3 different types of pizza(pepperoni, cheese, and a vegetarian option), salad bar(basically mixed lettuce, croutons, and dressing), and cinnamon breadsticks. That’s it. The ads on tv suggest their are many different options of pizza like chicken, for instance. I do have to give them credit for trying to attract a wider variety of clientele besides overwhelmed mom’s who need a break so they bring their kids here to run amuck. The reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because the pizza the was offered was constantly refreshed, it had great flavor, and was hot. Seriously, the flavor of the cheese pizza was the best I had. The crust was a thin and crispy and buttered so it had an amazing flavor. I do think that they should offer something else on this«buffet» or at least add sausage pizza to the mix. $ 5.99 is a bargain but by offering a little more on their special makes the consumer feel like they are getting a deal. This did not. The place was clean, had free Wifi, and the staff was nice.

Good was terrible, kid zone was messy. Paid for the all you can eat lunch and they never had any pizza out. It was like as soon as the food came out, it disappeared in seconds… Then it was another 30 minutes before the next pizza came out. Didn’t realize if be fighting with folks for food. Won’t return unless I’m forced with a gun.

Came here around 2:30pm to make it in time for their lunch«buffet» special. Monday-friday 11am-3pm. It’s $ 5.99 for adult, $ 3.99 for children under 12. Just want to say for starters, when me and my little brother came in we were not greeted whatsoever, no one was at the enterance to let us in for like 10 mins. Their cashier at front to purchase tokens and our buffet was EXTREMELYMONOTONE!(YOUWORK @ a children’s place place, for pete’s sake!!) literally had no emotion whatsoever even when I was giving her cash. Next was their sorry a** buffet. I came here and paid to eat: unlimited: breadsticks, pizza, and salad. They only had HALF of three pizzas, pepperoni/cheese/and some weird looking one. Also their salad that was out was plain w/some dressing. ITDIDNTHAVETHEUSUALBACONBITSANDOTHERTHINGSITUSUALLYSHOULDHAVEONIT’s SALADBAR. OH, and they don’t have any breadsticks for the buffet. Very very upset with chuck e cheese. Outrageous prices, upset workers, and false advertisements.

This place is a delightful mess. Parents may feel a little overwhelmed and stretched thin, but the kids absolutely love it. The games and everything are a bit old and run down. The play place is the greatest place on earth for my two year old. The pizza is awful but the kids love it! It’s the same as them all… so if you’re game for one, this is as good as any

I had my son’s birthday party here. One thing Chuck E Cheese has over all other birthday type places in the area is the reasonable prices. It was easy, fun, and surprisingly really good pizza. I wanted to have his party at Nickel City but the cost was almost double the price. Good experience and best of all, no clean up and working myself to the bone the night before.

Man. I heard they brought back the breadsticks and was excited. I came here with my younger siblings and spent $ 60 on tokens. They won roughly 1200 tickets and were disappointed with the prize counter options. They got 4 little things. Barely. I ordered some breadsticks and they took over 30 minutes to get! I mean, I’m literally still waiting as I write this dang review.

Fun place for both the young & the old! I come here every once in awhile to play games with my boyfriend & his nephews & each time I come, there is always one or a few new games! They have a wide range of games & many that are old school as well as with the times(aka tech savvy). Games are expensive considering each token is ¢25& many take 2+ tokens. The food — pizza & chicken wings are decent. There is an ice cream vending machine available which I love! You can take pictures at a photo booth for tokens but unfortunately, many of times that I have gone, it has been broken. Not only are the games expensive, but the prizes are too! Cleanliness is an issue… Dirty restrooms, food on the floor…

Good place to bring the kids on a hot summer day. Get the souvenir cups and you can bring it back for free refills. The barbecue pizza is good and the place is big enough to give the kids a good place to explore.

I was very disappointed with this location. Maybe it is just my rose-colored glasses mentality while remembering this place, but I remember Chuck e Cheese being FUN. Now, about 75% of the games are a variation of «push a single button to win tickets» that isn’t very much fun at all. I took Wee One and the«fun» of pushing a single button was lost on him. He gets more enjoyment from stealing my cell phone, pushing those buttons and watching me scramble to hang up on whoever he managed to dial. The remaining games are normal skee-ball, basketball, generic stuff or variations of riding in a car/train/horse. Some of them took pictures, but the quality is AWFUL. I also remember the rides and stuff lasting longer but holy crap, they were short. The tickets buy the same cheap trinkets they always have, it still gets too crowded after about half an hour after opening. The icing on the cake was our dining companion…(See picture) We complained to one of the workers and she came over, knocked him over the head with her broom and swept him up. Of course this was AFTER we had already eaten… Gross. And the straw and cup in the picture weren’t ours either, they were thrown under the table by someone previously and not cleaned up. No wonder they have pests…

GOod place to spend time with your kids during your free day. I recommend this place because the place is huge. THey have dippin dot ice cream section. My daughter love this place, so you should visit it and try it to get your own experience.

You can tell the workers hate their job which is very sad because it’s a friendly kid environment and it’s very important to keep high energy and smiles throughout the room. It’s was surprised it was actually pretty clean. I remember going a few times and it was so dirty I couldn’t touch or sit anywhere. But they are receiving such a low rating because when in line, the customer in front of me was complaining about a cake they purchased here for a party they had for their little girl. And when they cut into the cake there was mold. How horrible, the worker just offered them a new cake. The parents were still disappointed but who wouldn’t? That pretty much ruined the little girls birthday. Then need to check labels and keep their inventory in check.

Last time I came, the drink station and bathrooms were atrocious! I filled out a customer survey online and was emailed by corporate ensuring that the staff would be re-trained on the issues. I decided to come back and give it another try, but was disgusted once again.

My kids have never been a fan of Chuck E. Cheese’s, they hate Chuck E. and they’re afraid of him, the tunnels for them to climb in is a little too claustrophobic for them, and my daughter never cared for the pizza. However, when one of my girlfriend’s had her son’s birthday here, we went and this location is much cleaner, not as loud and rowdy(maybe it was the time of day, not sure) and they had sandwiches for the adults to enjoy that wasn’t as bad as the pizza. Parking is a little tough since it’s in a plaza with other stores such as Trader Joe’s, but over all, one of the better experiences my kids had.

The place is dirty, the games are never updated and most are just poor attempts to get young children to waste tokens for tickets. There are very few actual games here and the play area is pathetic. It looks like the last remodel here took place before 1980. The women at the door is very sweet. Only positive about this place. Why is this place still in business? Doesn’t fit the center with so many great places like Trader Joes, Brewskies, Black Mountain Bikes, etc… This place is worst shop in the center and needs to be closed.

This was the second year in a row having my sons birthday party at this Chuck E Cheese location. Won’t be the last either! I have thrown many parties in my day and this is by far the easiest way to do it. Everything is done for you including set up, serving the kiddos and clean up. All I had to do was sit back and relax. I was actually able to have conversations with the other adults since I didn’t have to run around doing party stuff. This location is also the best I’ve been to. Very clean. Not as loud and crazy. Very organized and did I say clean? I actually don’t mind taking my son here as a treat on occasion. Oh and by the way, Trader Joe’s is right next door!!!

I came here for a young friend’s fourth birthday and was so impressed. The staff here was phenomenal. Even though we were the only birthday group(Sunday nights are not peak party time), they did their song and dance with Chuck E Cheese, sang happy birthday, and coaxed the shy birthday girl into the whole routine. At the end of the night when it came time to exchange tickets for prizes, the woman at the counter was great, showing the kids which prizes they could choose from and offering up popular choices when they were too lost in their sugar comas to make a decision. I didn’t realize it until after we left, but we stayed a half hour past closing time. Poor employees! But you never would have guessed it from their friendly, helpful demeanors. The workers were mostly young, but they were amazing. As for the rest, it’s Chuck E Cheese. You know what to expect: animatronic song routines, overpriced food, kids running around crazily playing games and collecting tickets to buy cheap plastic toys. The kids love it and if you’re willing to play along with the little ones, adults can have fun too. And hey, I’m impressed that all their games are still only $ 0.25 per play!

I took my nephews here today since they wanted to play games. I was babysitting with my wife so we wanted to take them out somewhere fun. So we ended up here since this is what they wanted to do. The place itself isn’t that big. Not many good games to play. All the ticket games only give out a few tickets so it makes it hard to earn tickets for the prizes. The token machine gives you a better deal of you buy $ 20 worth of tokens. It’s 80 tokens for $ 20. 30 tokens for $ 10. So the more you buy the better the deal. I wish the games were better and more of a selection. We didn’t eat here but just came to play. But my nephews love it here so most likely I would be coming back to make them happy. IMHO it could be better but if the kids are happy, I’m happy.

This Chuck E Cheese is located in Mira Mesa near the 25 freeway. It’s in the shopping center with Trader Joes When you walk in, there’s a worker who gives the adults and kids the same stamps so the kids leave with the right adult. Safety first! It’s a bit dirty and old looking when you walk in. They have a birthday area/stage for big parties. Then they have regular booths if you want to eat here. What’s good about this place is that you can play here without paying an entrance fee or dining in. To play games, you need to get tokens. There is a machine that takes cash or credit card to get the tokens. It’s $ 10 for 30 tokens and $ 20 for 80 tokens. Unfortunately, if you want to redeem $ 20 using $ 10 bills, you only get the $ 10 conversion. Games are really targeted for young kids. Most only need 1 token. Ticket pay out is small. Prizes to redeem tickets are ok. Regardless, the kids loved it and they want to go back.

Yay! I had a kid to go here with! Lol. How I miss the pizza and the games. I am such a kid at heart. My bro, sisinlaw, and nephew came back from overseas so this was my nephew’s first trip to chuck e cheese! I think I was more excited than he was. He didn’t really know where we were going. It’s really nice inside now. Changed a lot since I was a kid. Love winning tickets and prizes. The skee-ball is always going to be my favorite. The picture machines are fun. I think that was my nephew’s favorite. He kept wanting to take pictures. Definitely super fun as always. A great place for kids.
