Chipotle Mexican Grill

This particular location has gone downhill. The food today was mediocre and it was wrapped horribly. It wasn’t even closed and everything was falling out the second I started opening the foil. I was going to try and rewrap it until I turned it over and the giant tear on the other side so I ended up having to just eat it in a bowl. I only wanted a little chicken but when she was about to put only a few small pieces I said to put a little more and then I got an overflowing spoon of chicken that felt like it had been sitting out for hours. Super unpleased. My friend used to work here and it was great when I used to come then. The last few times here have been disappointing and I’ve noticed I haven’t really been going to chipotle as often as I used to because of this.

This particular chipotle has very rude employees. I adore chipotle but this store has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had been to this location in the past and it was awesome. I’ve gone twice this year and both times I was given awful service. The second time I was given no greeting even had employees look at me then turn their back without a word and I was the only person in line! I just walked out. Chipotle I love you but this store gets no love from me.

4.5 stars for me. I’m taking away half a star because when it gets busy the line moves super slow! Other than that the workers are always pleasant and they pile on the food! I always ask for a burrito bowl so I can eat half of it now and half of it later. Never had any problems at all. I will continue to frequent this location.

Always fresh and delicious with natural ingredients. If you’re looking for «fast food» in the area that’s not loaded with artificial ingredients and nasty chemicals, Chipotle is the place to go.

By far my favorite Chipotle! great atmosphere! the staff is very nice and my food was done promptly and correctly (I tend to have a complicated order) I’m glad there is finally a great Chipotle in the Area :)

The employees here were fun and helpful, and very patient with my detailed customizing of the tacos. Also, my partner’s tacos took a while, so mine were falling apart after the sofrita juice soaked down. The employee noticed and replaced the tacos without hesitation, which made me feel super grateful. I was already thinking, man those are going to be impossible to eat. But they were on it, and went the extra mile! Everything was delicious as always, and I love knowing that the corn in the tortillas is not genetically modified. Super extra bonus for them! $ 14 for a complete yummy, filling meal that is somewhat healthy– We are sold.

This place looks like run by some teenagers kids. The portion of my burrito bowl was extremely small like a kids bowl. I usually take one bowl and is good for two servings meal for me. But this one was not even good for one serving and I have been to other Chipotle many times so I know what is their standard serving size. After doing business with this place I feel like ripped off. I will not go again this place and will not recommend to any one.

I guess I chose to come in at the wrong time, because the employees were straight salty. 45 mins till closing and the associate working the line was slopping everything on even when I just asked only for a little bit. Once I paid the cashier, change was thrown into my hand and salsa was thrown carelessly into my bag without batting an eye back to me. From the back I heard some one yell out «I don’t want to make corn!» All these instances made the establishment feel super sloppy. Granted, all the employees were really young and probably waiting to clock out, but I wonder how they would’ve been if the manager was around. Who knows.

It’s a blessing and a curse to have chipotle a couple miles away! I usually get the burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, brown rice, corn salsa, medium salsa, and lettuce.
The chicken is well seasoned and the black beans are too. I like brown rice because I think it has less flavor and let’s those proteins shine through! The medium salsa is a hit or miss though. Sometimes it’s spicy, other times it’s not. Ask for it on the side to avoid playing salsa roulette!
The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Knocked off one star though because sometimes they give me tons of meat and sometimes their skimpy. Chipotle swears they have a set ounce measurement but I have yet to see it to believe it!

Food is pretty consistent, but the bags of chips are throughly fried only about 20% of the time.

Chipotle was decent about their meat portions for 5 months until now. I went in today and asked for a Chicken Bowl and the amount of chicken I got was an embarrassment to the franchise and to the human race. Chipotle hikes up prices then give less meat portions? I’m not sure if it is the management telling their staff to give little meat (6 or so bite size pieces) or if it just depends on the employee you get. PLEASE give your customers a decent amount of meat, we want a spoonful, not less than half a spoon! I’ve experiences much better portions at other Chipotles, someone needs to talk to the staff or the manager at this location. If someone knows of a healthier option than Chipotle please tell me then I will gladly never walk into a Chipotle again.

Living in 4S Ranch, there aren’t many options to choose from when deciding to eat last minute. I’m just glad that Chipotle provides delicious food at decent prices and always served promptly and with a smile. I always order their Barbacoa Burritos with everything. You can’t go wrong. My wife on the other hand always orders their salad bowls… I believe she’ll be ordering burritos now, as she started to steal a few bites from my burrito each time i set it down. My wife always tends to order chips with guacamole, especially when I end up picking up the tab LOL!
The dining area is clean and spacious and their condiments and utensils are always stacked high.
Don’t forget to tip!

Chipotle is the king of consistency, and always a safe bet for some quick, clean eating. Remember it is a corporate chain, so no matter the location, things remain the same.
Ambience: A clean, modern environment. It isn’t always perfect (often it gets so busy the staff simply can’t keep up with bussing the tables) but it is always acceptable. The room has nice lighting, and stays relatively quiet despite the crowds, thanks to smart design and hidden sound buffering in the ceilings and beneath the tables.
Food: Some menu items are better than others: The street tacos are probably the worst value in the store, and the «bowls» are probably the best. Functioning like an assembly line, you simply walk down the aisle and choose everything you want inside your bowl or burrito and then pay at the end.
I generally get the chicken bowl with peppers and onions, brown rice, and black beans. It’s good, very healthy and fills me up quite nicely.
On a final note: Chipotle is committed to using only responsibly farmed animals as the source for their meat. In fact, recently Chipotle pulled all of the Carnitas from over 600 stores because they discovered that the farmer was not complying with their ethical guidelines. This is an amazing thing considering that Chipotle is a HUGE chain and often corporations allow profits to dictate ethics.

Sorry it took so long to write this review. Picked up some food for my family maybe a month ago now. Chicken Bowls and a Quesadilla. Food tasted great as usual. My husband was half way finished with his chicken bowl when he bit down on something hard. It was a freaking MARBLE. He could have choked on it. Where did the marble come from??? I called the manager and he asked if I could bring it in, which I did. He says he doesn’t know how it could have gotten in the food since there food is packaged when they receive it. He kindly offered to make us another bowl and look further in to it but, I have a bad feeling this is and will not be investigated any further.
Sorry but, we will probably never frequent Chipotle ever again.

This location rocks! Plain and simple. Although I could say that about most any Chipotle, I really believe this location goes above and beyond for their customers. I started working near by back in the spring ’14. Once I found the mall where this was located, I was hooked. Aside from the sustainable, no hormone added foods, you gotta love the prices, amount of food you get for the price and as I mentioned, the service.
Specifically speaking of the service… I had phone ordered for a bowl while I was driving to the restaurant since I had a meeting coming up shortly. I told them what I wanted and when I needed it. Both were to the second. I actually arrived earlier than the time I said I would be there. I walked right past the long line of folks waiting to order and saw the gal, Crystal, prepping my bowl. It was LOADED! Couldn’t have asked for a better prepared bowl.
Service with a smile is all I can ask for!!!

I come here every Saturday at 11am, when they open, after working out across the street. I’m usually the first one here but today I came at 11:03 and I was 7^th in line! I was thinking, «whoa, Chipotle is poppin!».
I usually get a salad with half sofritas and half chicken with black beans, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on the side. It’s so tasty!
They usually give me a good amount of food and I’m normally out of there in less than 4 minutes. Service is fast and friendly and the food is fresh and cheap! I hope Chipotle doesn’t raise their prices so that I may continue to frequent there every Saturday!

Came here for a quick bite before a meeting– I ordered half chicken n half steak burrito– the last time I had a chipotle’s burrito was in NC, n I remember it was a little pricey for a burrito, but the taste was good–
However, maybe due to it’s busy-​ness but the person wrapped the burrito so poorly n the burrito was alright–
The place wasn’t cleaned as well– many seats n tables had foods spills n floors were dirty–
This location gets packed easily n maybe they are short on staffs to keep up with the cleanliness… Will not come back here for Mexican food again…

First time at a Chipotle restaurant… and I don’t know what I was thinking. Very minimalistic yet stressful place. This restaurant seems to be run by kids in their early teens with lack in customer service. They did not seem to be comfortable with my questions on how the system works there. Portions are small and prices are high. $ 1.90 for a little avocado extra is way too much. No salsa bar, no feeling of eating real Mexican delicious fast food. The meat in my tacos was not even done. Tortilla was wet and got mixed with the paper they put to protect the tacos from the plastic tray. Nothing had flavor in my food. I should have gone to a Rubios and would have been more satisfied.
Gourmet without attitude is their slogan. I don’t see anything gourmet, but mostly a factory assembly line with irregular ingredients and no team work. Won’t go back.
