Umm what can I say? Chick fil a is my favorite restaurant. Even when something isn’t done right they fix it right away. The spicy chicken sandwich is the best. Actually, breakfast is pretty incredible here too. I just don’t get how people don’t like Chick Fil A. I could have breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Why not??? Nothing a little high intensity interval training can’t fix. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly at this location. It’s always MY PLEASURE to eat here!

My boyfriend and I frequent this location but during a recent visit we didn’t have a great experience. We both got the chicken nugget meals through the drive thru. Once we got home we realized they hadn’t given us the sauce we ordered even though it was on the receipt (the nuggets are way better with sauce). Our drinks were mostly ice and we strands of hair in the nuggets… Needless to say, not the best chic fil a visit.

This is a good location with great customer service and awesome food! Clean kids play area. Love their chicken salad sandwich and cross cut fries with Polynesian sauce. The kids meal nuggets are awesome. Should try to be here more often… Healthier choice.

Love the cleanliness of this location and the friendly staff. Love the chicken sandwich, spicy chicken deluxe, and nuggets for lunch options. My favorite is the chicken minus for breakfast. The bread is so soft and sweet.

I came back because I received free coupons in the mail haha. Can’t reject free food. Much faster service this time with it being short and prompt. Got a free grilled chicken sandwich with a medium sized waffle fries. The fries were rather hot for a few mins so be cautious when indulging-​they were the best part of the meal in my opinion. The sandwich was subpar, unfortunately. It was not cold so to say, but not hot (or warm) either. The taste was also bland to me despite the chicken having a hint of lemon on it. I actually added their house sauce (which I love!!) to the burger and it tasted much better. But overall-​a better experience compared to last time.

Only Fast food were chicken is natural. Good taste. Great great service. Did i Say great service. These kids are awesom. Super Freddy And very smilly. I also Love The frosen coffe drinks

I went through drive through this evening and had the worst customer service experience ever at chick Fil a! I ordered 5 ice cream cups with chocolate, whipped cream and cherry and a cookie. The first response I received was «WHAT???» What’s so difficult about that? I was asked to repeat my order 4 times. All I could hear in the back ground was laughing and goofing around. I get that kids are gonna have fun at work but the comes a point when you need to stop and focus. When I arrived at the window I was asked to clarify my order again and there were three guys in drive through playing around, horse playing not paying attention and completely being unprofessional and inappropriate. Not even close to the professionalism I have always experienced at other chick Fil A!
I noticed 2 cups of ice cream on the ground. And as they would make another cup they kept dropping them on the floor and playing around. Danny, Eddy and Jason had no interest in appropriate behavior or good customer service. It literally took over 10 min to make my order. Then me by myself in my car was handed 5 cups. Really? No cup holder? 5 spoons, by themselves not in a bag and a cookie. I noticed that the cups of ice cream looked watery and not of normal consistency. I asked if the ice cream was too runny. Not only did they lie, but they told me the ice cream was very fine. It was more watery than a milk shake, which I did not realize until I got home due to the dome lids. When I got home, it wasn’t even worth eating and my kids would have nothing to do with it!
I asked to speak to the manager, Quinn, in regards to the unacceptable behavior in drive thru. She was oblivious and didn’t even acknowledge a problem. I seriously doubt she was even a manager. After I got home and realized my ice cream was practically liquid.
I called the store again and told her had they not dropped several cups on the floor goofing around, there might have been good ice cream left. She offered NOTHING in the way of customer service! Unacceptable, horrible service!!! I am one very very unhappy customer! And I can assure you that at least one member of my household ears at this location every day! We will not ever return to this store!
Today I called the operator of the store, aka the owner, Mike Weeks, and explained the situation in hopes that he would care about his business and good customer service, however, his response was «give me your address and I’ll mail you a coupon». When I told him that I did not want a coupon or him to have my address, and that I would like a refund or my order replaced he stated that «this is not his policy and that I would not be telling HIM what he would be doing.»
This is the reason this chick Fil a location has the crappy customer service it has! The operator does not even care to make his customers happy and his philosophy on how to run a business is flawed. I strongly encourage all of you to avoid this location there are tons of other fabulous locations in San Diego that offer incredible customer service! I have reported this store to Chick Fil A corporate and am hoping that this location will be taught the true Chick Fil A way!

Came by for a quick bite. Have to say, lots of workers and only one working the cash register. There was no reason that we waited so long to order. We had been waiting to try this place for a while. It was just ok. Food when it arrived was hot and cooked well.

Chick Fil a is always a five star in my book.
Best fast food you can ever hope to find. This location seems like they have lots of teenagers employed but every time I’ve been they’ve all been friendly and helpful!
My arnold palmer has also improved over time. Good job california kids.

When you finally put the spicy chicken sandwich you so desperately needed after a long drive from LA to SD in your mouth, your eyes will light up with the same joy and wonder that permeated my body, and as you inhale the last bite of this phenomenon, a single tear will trickle down your tender face, where it will join the dribble of chicken juice that sits on your chin and fall silently onto your lap. Splash. The end of an era. A+ would eat again so juicy

Just got a Grilled Chicken Club and it came with a huge piece of plastic on the Chicken. I will not be going back here anytime soon.

This is one of my favorite chicken places anywhere. Definitely my daughters favorite chicken place. I’m not really a white meat chicken person, because it tends to be dry but the white meat here is so tender and juicy, and the sauces are awesome too. I usually get the chicken sandwich while my daughter loves the nuggets and waffle fries. This is a great addition to the carmel mountain area and it close to home so I’ll continue to be a regular here.

For the longest time, I tried to avoid trying chick-​fil-​a in fears of enjoying a new fast-​food, sinful option. But then they sent me a «free sandwich with no purchase needed» coupon and I just had to stop by.
I had the grilled chicken sandwich combo with the waffle fries. It was the best grilled chicken sandwich that I have ever had! It was larger than the bun and it was moist inside. Quick tip, put the waffle fries into the grilled chicken sandwich and it’ll taste like a crispy chicken sandwich!
They have SO many sauces to choose from. I tried the buffalo and the honey mustard sauce and look forward to trying them all!
Great location, great customer service.

This location tends to get pretty busy especially their drive thru.
It has a play area for children and tons of dining space.
Their food is delicious and reasonably priced.
My favorite is the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich.
I like how all the condiments are available for you at a station.
The cashiers are very friendly and helpful and at times very patient as many people have no clue what to order…
I only wish they were open on Sundays.
Whenever you don’t want a hamburger or a taco this place is the place to visit.
It helps that TGIF closed down as it left one less dining option in the area.
Be sure to look out for coupons in the mail, they normally send them out each quarter as a way to generate more revenue and it works.

Always great service and when it’s crazy busy (lunch time) they have multiple people outside also taking orders to help speed it up! Love the food and the service!

Food was decent, we came for breakfast. Only one person in line, but it took 5 minutes and two registers to complete their order. I wouldn’t have minded if there weren’t others walking by looking at me like they might take my order, then turning away. My daughter wanted a shake with her breakfast, but after we received our meal I went back to the counter to inquire about it. I was told they weren’t supposed to sell shakes at breakfast but if I didn’t mind waiting 10 — 15 minutes they would have one ready. 20 minutes later I went to the register and asked for a refund. No rain check offered, or any concessions. Just a «sorry we told you there would be a wait»
I say nay to chick filet.

Yesterday was my first time at a Chik-​Fil-​A and boy oh boy the spicy chicken sandwich was so juicy!!! They only give lettuce in the Deluxe sandwich so I was a little disappointed but this is my new favorite fast food joint.
Also, you can get unlimited sauces (I mean I only asked for four but they didn’t stop me from ordering more) unlike other fast food places that limit the sauces I get (like McDonalds).
Service was also A+! They asked me if I wanted water without me asking! And they were really polite and friendly.

i’ve only been to Chick-​fil-​A twice, and this location was my second time. I went on my lunch break and decided on the drive-​thru for faster service. Although there was quite a long line, the line went quite quickly and I was able to get my deluxe sandwich (fried chicken with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce) in about fifteen/​twenty minutes. It might sound like a long wait, but with the long line and the time being the lunch rush I’m not too surprised.
The best part was that the workers were super friendly and kind, even though it was raining outside they made sure to have great service in the drive-​thru. They gave me two extra chick-​fil-​a sauces which is just. YES PLEASE. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Every time I stop by this location I receive great service, fresh, hot food, and a full belly … Oh wait, that comes after I Nom Nom Nom! I’ve been to this location at breakfast, lunch, and dinner time and the service has been perfect every time.

It almost pains me to give CFA 3 stars. Being from Florida, I grew up eating CFA. It was also my first job in high school, and this CFA has it all wrong. It is no where near the quick and friendly service you get down south. Of course the food was absolutely delicious and we are still huge fans of it, but this location needs to work on the «fast» portion of the business model. We waited for 10 minutes to get our food, which is unheard of for CFA! What makes it worse is that I saw my food sitting behind the counter for 5 minutes ! My fiancé had to ask where our food was after 10 minutes of waiting, and they simply turned around and handed it to us after it was just sitting there.
Also, this is no where near real southern sweet tea :(you need way more sugar! We also were not told «my pleasure» by any employee which is a CFA staple. We will continue to go to CFA; however, not at this location or we will just go through the drive through since they have a horrible business plan of putting a number on your table and waiting for centuries.
