Alex is my hero! Kind, calm, and understanding about how frustrating plumbing issues are. He was relentless in making sure my drain line was perfectly clear, verified flow from all drains in the house, and then he returned my washer and dryer to BETTER installed conditions than what he found them in. Never calling anyone else!

I live in a house built in 1942. I had a bathroom remodel and the general contractor did a poor job or directing flow and maintaining slope. It lead to lots of trips by plumbers to clean clog in line. The last time it clogged after being overcharged (by highly rated Unilocal plumber) to snake the line I mentioned problem to my neighbor.
She said she had a great plumber. I called and Alex came out. It was clear right away he is very knowledgeable, honest and looks for solution that will last. He explained the design problem and let me know I would have recurring clogs unless that was corrected.
I ended up having him clean up the mess my contractor created and now have set up they will be low maintenance for years to come.
I am sure Charlies Plumbing does not pay to get featured but they are a company that deserves 5 stars.
