Charco Design & Build, Inc.

Last year we contracted with Charco Design & Build to do a major remodel on our home. I had had work performed by the previous Charco group and was pleased then and so I thought I would get Charco to give me a bid again. This is when I found out Chuck retired and his son-​in-​law, Armando, was beginning his new company. I also obtained bids from 2 other contractors, but I chose Charco due to his professionalism and his understanding of my desires for the project. The price was not the lowest bid.
My project was completed on time even though I had five change orders. Workmen were there every day over the five months it took to complete the remodel. I had a project manager who did a great job overseeing all aspects. The addition to the first and second floor, remodeling three bathrooms, expanding hallways, adding a pantry, and moving an island in the kitchen were all completed to my desires. I couldn’t be happier with the completed project.
