Its Burger King. Excellent prices, lots of choices and good burgers. The area isn’t so great and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest I’ve ever been to but all in all… the food was why we came here. The employees were very quick and friendly too.

I used to stop here often to pick up breakfast for myself and a co worker. After receiving cold food on two occasions I finally called the 800# and the manager Ismael Gonzalez sent me $ 4 back for the money I spent on cold food we could not eat. I decided to try to order from this store again and today they decided not to give me my whole order. There were no customers to be seen besides me but when I called 5 minutes later to let them know I didn’t receive my coworkers sausage breakfast sandwich I kept getting transferred to voice mail. I left a message asking them to call me back within 20 minutes or I would call the 800# but of course no one called me back. When I called the 800# they told me they would share the information and I could go to the store to get my order replaced or a refund. NOT! I will NEVER go to this location again. EVER!!! When I asked for my money back she said it would be at the stores discretion. Well store– I hope this reaches lots of people and they go to Carls Jr down the street. The food is always hot and complete.

Why, oh why, did I come here for a quick breakfast instead of driving up the street to Tommy’s? I had an appointment to drop off some old sharps at the Miramar Landfill this past Saturday, and to pass the time I decided to have breakfast at Burger King. I ordered their 2 Breakfast Burrito combo with medium hash browns and a medium drink; simple enough, right? Well, the first time I received my order, it was in a to-go bag… and it was the wrong order. I returned it and got my order — and this time I got the wrong sized hash browns.(At this point, time was getting short, so I ended up wolfing my food down.) The worst part? No apologies from the staff at the counter(and I believe the person who took and expedited my order was the manager on call). The waiting area is very small — if eating in, you only have 30 minutes. And the parking tends to be very tight as well. Lucky that I came in during the morning… Suffice it to say, never again at this location!

I’ve been going here pretty often for the past 3 years because it is near my work. Considering the quality from other fast food restaurants, this one is surprisingly good. The place is generally clean, the food is always good, and the service is most often friendly. I like their manager, he helps out up front, moves quick, and pushes the employees to do the same. I’ve never had an issue with their food or service.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review on Burger King– but I asked for fries with no salt and they made them so kudos! I don’t like how the buns feel microwaved though… But that is all Burger Kings — this place is close to my work so that’s the only reason why go there in a pinch– and the price is so cheap for a quick meal you can’t go wrong– but it is fast food so what do you expect

This is the last place I’ll go to eat… But, I was broke & hungry, so all I could think of was their value menu. I got one double cheeseburger and one spicy chicken burger. The cashier and the manager(?) at the front was welcoming and nice. It’s rare to see someone like these work at a fast food restaurant. most I’ve encountered was either grumpy or had the attitude of idgaf. Even though my burgers were only $ 2, they were warm and yummy. Also, they don’t charge you 25cents for ranch like McDonalds… Tsk tsk. I try only drink water instead of artificially made drinks. At this location, water didn’t taste like tap water

not sure who owns this place, but it’s time you get engaged and get some new employees/mgmt in here. it’s been horrible for years!!! okay, i get drawn in by the 2 for $ 5 and the new«healthy» fries. thought i might have found healhty fast food. nope. i order my sandwiches and fries, only to not have the girl give me the 2 for $ 5 pricing but about $ 4 each sandwich, so we got that corrected. Then, instead of a fish with no lettuce, i got a fish wiht only lettuce. When i brought it back, they pealed the lettuce back infront of me, gave it a squirt of tarter and gave it back to me… this was all done right in my face like it was a bother. then when i broought my cold«healthy» french fries up to get warm ones, she was amazed that i didn’t like those either. she said, «those don’t work for you either»? are yo kidding me. get my order right the first time please so i don’t have to come get it fixed. then half way through my meal, i realized that i didn’t have the«healthy» fries, i had regular ones the lady told me that healthy one’s cost more and i didn’t ask for them. I asked her if she recalled offering them to me… she stared into space. this was all about noon time and i coulnd’t help notice that there were 4 people eating and no one ordering or at the drive in. Guess they all learned what i learned this day prior and don’t come back. Someone has to figure this place out.

Fast Food??? Would have been faster for me to drive home and make my own lunch! It took 11 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I actually received my food! No apologies or anything. Nothing else even matters. I’m done here.

Last week I visited this Burger King for lunch and I was VERY impressed with the way that the manager Hugo took the time to talk to each customer and clear their tray for them. I have never experienced this at a fast food restaurant it showed the friendliness and caring spirit that people still have! Keep it up! :)

Horrible. I asked what the ingredients are in the new turkey burger and the guy did not mention that there was mayo… someone could be allergic to that and would not know it until biting into it… Also, I asked for a hot fudge brownie with my meal and the brownies were nuked to a burned crisp, they were so hot that when placed in the ice cream, they sizzled and melted it to a liquid, so the whole thing was not edible… when I called to complain, I got and I am sorry, without being afforded a refund or comped the next time…

Ordered a medium diet coke and a whopper junior through the drive-thru. What I got — medium coke(not diet) and a sandwich that was hot all the way through. I’m talking the bun, the wrapper, everything. Was it nuked? Or just under a heat lamp for a really long time. Disappointing.

Came here after getting a facial at a near by salon. I ordered a chocolate shake thinking it would be made is chocolate ice cream but instead it was made of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup so it tasted way sweeter than a normal chocolate shake should. I sat inn there for 30 min in that time I was the only person in there. Two people came in looked at the meme for a bit and left didn’t even order anything. It seems add the majority of customers come though the driveway. The workers don’t do much they just stand around talking and laughing. Possibly due to the lack of business they receive.

Came by here for lunch because I really wanted some burger king onion rings. Got here and had no problems finding a parking spot. The parking lot is small, but parking would be a problem if this place actually got some business. I placed my order and the lady was very kind. The food on the other hand was blah. I really wanted their onion rings, but I got some stale old batch that seemed to be sitting in the heat lamps a little long. The double cheeseburger was fine. My only problem with the food was that I didn’t feel like eating old stale onion rings. As far as the restaurant goes, it is pretty clean, but I guess it wouldn’t be that hard to keep the place clean if no one comes in. It seems that everyone that stops by here goes to the drive through. My biggest problem with this place wasn’t the food. It was the employees. Yes the person that took my order was great, but her other co-workers need to check themselves while people are in the restaurant. The manager and some other employees were goofing around in the back and I can see them throw things at each other. It looks like buns, but I didn’t really stay long to observe. People shouldn’t be able to play around like that in any food establishment.
