Budget Plumbing & Drain

Being in real estate, I deal with a lot of plumbers. Our water heater went out on Sunday and I called Budget Plumbing. Steve call back right away and went over in detail what the issue was. I said I could live with it until Monday but wondered if he could do the job on Monday. He said yes, told me what time he would be there and showed up on time. He had already ordered a new water heater in case it was that (I already knew it was). Steve called his crew to pick it up. They arrived shortly thereafter and when they pulled out the water heater it had obviously been leaking slowly for some time as the drywall behind it was wet and moldy. They pulled down the drywall and there was no mold on the back of the drywall or studs, but they still bleach treated the studs, dried them and then replaced the drywall and then installed the new water heater. I have to mention also that they installed the new water heater correctly as opposed to the builder who had installed the original one. Fast, courteous, professional, top-​quality work and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Budget Plumbing & Drain.
