Baby Clydesdale

I was in San Diego on business and went to the Pacific Beach farmers market when I came across Dave the owner of Baby Clydesdale. He let me try his sauces and I fell in love with his sriracha. I have been eating the stuff in the plastic jar with the strange foreign writing on it for years and thought it was fine. Boy was I wrong. After tasting the sriracha from Baby Clydesdale I will never eat that other stuff. Clydesdale’s sauce had approachable heat you would expect, but you could taste the flavor of the peppers and other ingredients. As a bonis its all natural, made with all the great produce available in southern California and with no added preservatives. I also tried Dave’s spicy pesto and whoa baby was it good. I bought one of each and will be ordering online for delivery to me in New Orleans.

This salsa is made with care and quality ingredients. Great people from the farmers market make the best stuff. I love grass root businesses. Good to see them on Unilocal
