Cory and Dave are great to work with — I’ve used them several times and plan to keep using them as their work is amazing. They do a great job with both carpet and upholstery. Highly recommend.

To start of that I’m not rating the quality of the work. I made an appointment and cancelled another carpet cleaner because I was told that they had a very competitive rate. I did not ask for a quote over the phone because it’s very difficult for companies to give an exact number. I expected about $ 80 To $ 100 for one small room, a five foot hallway, a couch and a love seat. The previous time in the area I had gotten 3 rooms the couch and love seat cleaned for $ 80. I’m very accommodating to schedule and there’s no real show of dirt I just like it clean. There was nothing to be moved in the room. The guy came in seems like he didn’t know how long the couch was and did some other so many ships of trying to determine the rate. He told me the couch is typically a hundred and fifty and each room is 50. Then he told me he would cut me a deal and have the one couch and room for 150 not including the love seat. I told him that was way too much and he left.
I would recommend using anybody cheap who has a van for steam cleaning. If you actually have stains Chem Cleaning is a lot. Its the same price and most seen cleaners but they are able to remove anything from wax and carpet to nail polish.
