Incredible place to practice ashtanga yoga Mysore style. Authorized teachers and a great place to cultivate a practice regardless of level. Highly recommended. Wouldn’t go elsewhere. As a Teacher and seasoned practitioner, it doesn’t get much better than this.

So glad that an opportunity to practice ashtanga yoga, on a regular basis, with great teachers, is now available in North Park. I signed up for the unlimited sessions and have found Aliya and Kathy to be extremely dedicated, thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable. Very lucky they moved to San Diego!
