After having a chemical peel by a salon that caused hyperpigmentation and severe damage to my skin, I went to see Dr. Alexander. He was very professional, kind and immediately recognized the damage that had been done from a peel inappropriately applied. He introduced me to a medical aesthetician in his office, LeAnne Howard. She examined my skin and scheduled me for a Cosmelan facial mask to correct the damage. During the process and weeks to follow she was supportive and available for all my questions. Upon my follow-​up appointment she showed care and kindness. I was always treated professionally and with the highest level of skill and kindness.

Joanna is great! I have gotten my lips filled before but never had it be such an easy experience. It was much quicker and easier than most places I have been. I had the normal swelling but nothing too crazy and very mild bruises but nothing no one could see. She is definitely worth it!

I trust Joanna with injections and Le Ann gives fabulous facials. They never recommend more than what you truly need. which is refreshing in todays cosmetic industry. I recommend them highly.

I’ve been coming to LeAnne for 4 years now getting micropeels + dermaplane or dermabrasion. I typically come every 5 – 7 weeks, depending on the schedule and I always leave happy! I am 27 years old and still suffer from acne unfortunately :(LeAnne has put me on a skincare regimen that has truly changed my skin and now my breakouts are very minimal & manageable. I also love how the dermaplane leaves my skin so smooth, so when applying make up and highlighter it looks FLAWLESS. Everyone is so friendly and won’t steer you in any direction to just push products– they really drill down to the specific need of the patient and won’t sell you something you don’t need! Consultations are free and it makes sense to go in and figure out your course of action from there– maybe it’s a facial or you need injectibles, photofacial/​IPL– doesn’t matter– they will take good care of you! Don’t be late though :)

I only went to the skin care part of the clinic and had Joanna Nicholson, PA do a fotofacial for me. I loved her and she put me right at ease as I was considerably worried about discomfort and the outcome! No pain, the gel she applied prior to the laser is goopy and cold but that was the worst part. My skin looked like it had pepper flakes on parts of it for about 5 days, but then, my skin looked fantastic. I have done two sessions with Joanna and highly recommend her.
