I am so happy with the service I received from Steve this week from Accurate Security Pros. He was professional and knowledgeable, helped me download the app for my system on to my phone and he made sure I had no questions and understood everything before he left.

We had an emergency situation in my office today with an annoying loud alarm noise going off. This company came out to help and they fixed the situation fast. We initially had our security alarm person come out first and we were told it wasn’t their system creating the loud alarm and left us hanging without assistance on how to problem solve. Steve from Accurate Security Pros came in like a hero and got the job done with great ease. He was so helpful and accommodating. I can’t stress enough how awesome this company was to our office. A+ service. Thank you to Steve for saving the day. I highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed.

I have been using Accurate almost since they first opened in Mira Mesa. Greg (and his team) is one of the most knowledgeable, ethical and professional service providers I know.
From copying a house key to configuring and installing a multiple building, multi-​level master key system, I recommend Accurate without reservation.

Truly a mixed experience with this company.
We rented a house that had an old alarm that was malfunctioning and they were awesome abut coming over and replacing it. They also offered a discount for setting up new service, even though we made it clear we did not own the house and were not sure how long we would be staying there.
Unfortunately after we moved (I think it was over a year after the alarm was fixed) every time we called to cancel the service they asked us to call back at another time because they were busy or it was the weekend. Well for a security company to have odd hours when they are willing to discontinue your service makes me wonder a little about what if something were to happen at the wrong time of the night. Anyway long story short they kept not canceling our service and finally cancelled it 2 months after we moved out and insisted that we pay for 2 months of monitoring when the house was empty and the security system turned off. I wanted to go with a local business but can’t help thinking that ADT or something that allows you to cancel your service online would have been more convenient and ultimately saved us the money after we moved out.

Accurate Security Pros provided us with friendly, fast and honest service. I highly recommend them for all of your locksmith and security needs!

I’ve used them fairly regularly, since I work in a nearby business. They are extremely knowledgeable and work on a wide array of products. I’ve had cabinet locks replaced, deadbolts and locks installed on doors, and simple keys made. The quality of work is very good, though the prices seem a bit higher.
