7-Eleven

I always try to avoid this 7 – 11 but the Starbucks across the street was already closed for Christmas & I needed coffee before work!
Coffee machine was not dispensing the powder so all that was coming out was hot water… When I had notified the worker about this he got angry at me! Uh okay… I did not want to deal with this so I just got a bottle of Starbucks coffee & the other worker told me that it is 2 for $ 4. I said that was okay, I just wanted one. Then he says okay whatever. Omg, I hate working Christmas too but you do not have to be a grinch about it!

I try and avoid this location bc every time I go in there either out of something or it’s broken. However today I tried again. First I started trying to get some Pepsi. Pepsi would come out then I will be clear then the Pepsi would come out again and then it be clear. I tried to notify the two people working but all the lady behind the counter would do is smile while the man was hustling trying to clean, organize and ring up customers. I let the women now and what did she do she gave it to the man to do. So he went in the back to check it and he says it’s full. So he came back and told me the Pepsi is full I don’t know instead of making a big deal about it I just got Coke yuck!
I was getting the special a drink and a hotdog for two dollars. So when he rang me up I told him that I wanted so I was given a hotdog in a bun and a container, the bun was ice cold hot dog was warm. As I want to decide to go get my fixings for my hotdog I tried to get some cheese. The she’s a squirting out so again I ask the woman is there something wrong with the cheese maybe it’s out? She again gave it to the man to do. We had a line of people so I had to wait till he was done ring in them but she just sat there and smiled. So he came to check out the cheese and it was empty it took him about five minutes to put the new trees pack it in. Again when I start to trying get the cheese it wasn’t working.
There was a mom and her daughter they’re getting a drink as well she saw my problem going on and said I think you should get a free hotdog. So I looked at the lady behind the counter, and Indian lady assuming it’s the owner and she just smiled when I said I think I should get a free hotdog because the hotdog I have is now ice cold. She said nothing!!! And just smiled. The lady with the daughter said wow it’s like it fell on deaf ears. The whole time while I’m saying this banana still fighting with the cheese trying to make it work 11 minutes of gone bye-​bye now. Want to know how I know this because I love my dog in the car and I was timing how long I would be out of the car. As I walked out with no cheese and a cold hotdog and a Coke I said to the woman this is why I don’t come to the 711 and I should just stick to the one up the hill!
Let me just know that the woman was ringing up a family and didn’t do something right I promised the family that she would «get them another punch» the next time they come in. If she’s referring to the app on the phone you can’t just give a free punch the person has to purchase something so she stiffed them!
I suggest you stay away! They can NOT communicate. Everything is empty or broken. And there is just NO customer service!
Drive 2 more minutes up the hill and go to the other 7 – 11!!!

Lotto, big gulp and slurpee the only reasons why I stop here. Good service and easy to get in and out of before I hit the road.

Big thumbs UP for this 7 Eleven, always near clean and safe. The people who work here are happy nice people in and out fast good parking. Has a Redbox in the front too!

Always liked 7 – 11 but started going to this one and the old bald man with glasses workin 12:15 AM Wednesday, just so unfriendly and is making the store lose business. Word around the neighborhood

This establishment isn’t as clean and nice as the one off Paseo Montalban. Not sure if it’s the same owner, but this location is not very clean and the employees aren’t very nice. I love 7 – 11 coffee and will go to whatever 7 – 11 is close when I have the need except in this situation. Again not very clean and not very nice, 2 things that can be improved upon.

Great freeway access! The owner is a great guy who is a big part of the community. Really great staff. Lots of parking.

Tend to always have what I’m craving (donuts & coffee!!!). Even Milk & sour cream when I need it! Its in the perfect location & very convenient.

So anytime I have forgotten to get something from the grocery store Seven Eleven has had it! Who would have thought they would have had Evaporated Milk! Thanks Seven Eleven for saving me from have to go a lot farther to get one item. Also their Slurpee’s are amazing and super cheap!

Honestly, I only buy bags of ice and convenient food here. Slurpee selection is sparse but they do have the soda fountains that allow you to make a cherry diet coke. 24 hours, unlike the 7 – 11 in Sabre Springs. Made a few lunch break runs here that I’m not terribly proud of. Quality of ready-​made cold sandwiches is a bit better than other places closer to my work and the little prepackaged coffee cakes are always a good treat.

Coffee is strong, flavorful, and ½ the $$$ of the Starbucks across the street. Shawn and the rest of the guys are actually just as friendly, and there are no unbearably long lines. Best 711 of many I go to all over the county.

They are always nice here whenever I’ve been in and they have an ATM that is always good for no fees if you are using Navy Federal Credit Union. I’ve had a donut here before and it wasn’t bad at all. Pretty reliable and right off the highway! I guess they call it convenient for a reason!
