7-Eleven

My kids shopped on a Saturday night and the clerk and his buddies were cursing and yelling in the store. I called to let the Mgr. Know what happened and the clerk accused my kids of looking suspicious. He said they were probably stealing. They are young kids and the cursing and yelling made them really uncomfortable. I hope the owner reads this and tells the Saturday night (Nov 21^st) employee to act more professional.

I like the customer service in here, here is the handsome guy I think his name is Yousuf. He’s always very nice and supportive, always with a big smile and Friendly, I wish I get the same customer service in everywhere

One thing I really like about this location is the clean bathroom available to the public. That’s big when you have two little girls. It is always clean, and the staff there is very helpful and friendly. This ownership group had grwat people!

I am so glad this 7-​eleven opened up! There is not a lot of options near my condo that allow me to just run in really quick when I am in a hurry! Not only are they conveniently located, everyone in this store is always happy, smiling, helpful, and in a wonderful mood! I normally wouldn’t take my time to review unless the service is exceptional, and that is exactly what it is everything I come here! Thanks guys!

I walk to this 7 – 11 every day with my co-​worker. We always buy a Big Gulp Fresh Brewed Iced Tea. There seems to always be an in store special going on & we usually take advantage of it. The store is very clean & the owner & her staff are exceptionally nice & customer focused. I look forward to my 7 – 11 visit each day!

The owner is always smiling and hands on! She is always greeting and thanking me for my business when I see her! Whenever there is anything I don’t see she has it the next day! Not your normal 7 – 11, more like a mom and pop shop! ALL the other employees have smiles on there faces ALWAYS as well, and it shows they all love working there; and taking care of customers is their 1^st priority! THANK YOU for taking great care of me!

Great employees and so convenient to walk from my office! I’ve been there in the mornings and afternoons and everyone that works there always has a smile on their face and always asks if I need help! 5 stars all around!

Don’t shop here go to the ones in RPQ or Poway Rd. Got bad service from the employees and tongue lashed from the owner.
When I go somewhere to eat and/​or drink, I don’t need to be given bad service. I also don’t need a lecture if I couldn’t find anything to buy.
I don’t care about the owner’s feelings, I was one stamp away from getting another free drink. That can be forgiven, but the business is lost forever.

This 7 – 11 is awesome! Huge s s all brand new with lots of new items.
I like 7 – 11 and usually go to 7 – 11 about 15 times a month because it’s so close to me. I switch it up between this one and the location on Poway road.

They have the best Gatorade Flavors! Even Flavors I have never heard of before and they usually have a deal if you buy 2. I buy a few and taste test them all haha. The staff is super friendly both in the morning and the evening. My husband and I come here in the morning to buy coffee before work sometimes, it is delicious. The store is also very clean. But for real, go for the Gatorade.

Good place to stop for treats tonight! We love that this store is within walking distance. Have now been there a couple of times after midnight when other stores are closed.

I work very close to this location so I am here a lot (more often than I should be)
The store is always clean and the staff is always super friendly. The drink selection and food selection is pretty good. Coffee station is always clean and ready for action!

There is now fat free milk! Not in the smaller size but oh well! So convenient since things I usually need to get are eggs and fat free milk :) Love that I can stop by here on my way home instead of a grocery store.

I never thought I’d wind up shopping at a 7 – 11 on a regular basis… and yet here I am on most days of the wee. Why? It’s simple: yes, it’s just a convenience store, but the friendly folks that run it make all the difference. Sure, all I really wanted was a reasonably-​priced sandwich and a drink for lunch, but I wound up with a smile on my face as well thanks to awesome staff and a charming manager. Wouldn’t you be happy about that? I sure as heck am.

Best customer service of any 7 – 11 type store I’ve ever visited. Area is generally clean and staff will tell you about specials if they can save you money.
The store is very small but this never seems to be an issue. Great staff.

The best ever customer service in any 7-​Eleven I’ve ever been to in my life. The employees and owner happen to be so attentive, friendly, and customer focused. Clean bathroom opened to the public which I really wish all 7s had.

how convenient, a new CONVENIENT store down the street from home!
FOOD/​DRINKS: since this location is new, its pretty huge with tons of options! One thing i look for in convenient store are the drink options and this place has exactly what i need for a quick fix — Smart Water, Zico, and Fiji Water all in the largest sizes! they also had a check in special, not yet posted on their profile, so i got a free Cliff Bar today!
AMBIANCE: huge, clean, and not busy!
SERVICE: ive met three employees and they are all so nice! One girl was there late night and she told me she just got back from visiting fam on the east coast. because her flight was cancelled/​delayed 3 days she went to work straight from the airport — what dedication! the other dudes i met were in a cheerful spirit and nice. so refreshing compared to a typical visit to a 7-​Eleven :)
