Tom is the real deal. As a business owner qualifying for a home had been a headache. In past experiences I received information from lenders that was all too familiar. The process was to «have several years of upward income and take very little in deductions». The latest feed back from other lenders I was: «you are looking at a purchase next year». However, a client recommended Tom when he heard I was looking to buy. I discussed the situation with Tom and was in a home a few months later. He is a master at what he does. Finding opportunities and programs to gel with a specific situation. He’s quick with returned calls and extremely honest. From go he had it under control. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a home mortgage. I met Tom through a referral. My wife and I had some credit challenges. Tom took the time to coach us on what we had to do to qualify for a loan. The process to line this up took approximately six months. He was very helpful every step of the way. Here we were in escrow on our new house and had to put notice in to move out of the place we were renting. So at this point there’s no turning back. We were a little nervous. Tom delivered. Closed the loan at a decent interest rate, got us the most money possible and did exactly what he said he would do. There’s a ton loan officers out there. If you want the real deal I would highly recommend consulting with Tom if you’re in the market for a home loan.
