Store has horrible return policy. They have stupid stuff on the rewards points. I was fed the same crap sandwich as Bruce. Go to Play and Trade on La Paz. Better prices and better deals.

Gamestop is awesome they handle everything you need and remember to check your power up points to get great deals or free stuff. They pay good prices for you selling games and accessories if you keep in mind they ha e to be able to sell and still make a profit

I will never shop here again, they totally ripped me off! I and my family have purchased alot from this store(games, WII& a 360) but when i went there last time I was fed the biggest crap sandwich ever. I had gone to the used section and picked out two shooter games. I take the cases up to the counter and after waiting 20 minutes, i am rung up. That’s when i see there’s only one game in the bag. I ask where the other one is and the kid tells me it’s a download only… no disk. I tell him to refund it because I have no idea how to download but he insist I give it a try, that it is easy and I can always request a refund if I have trouble. The«code» to download the game is on the receipt. Turns out I don’t have the ability to download such games on my 360(it needs something I don’t have) so I call the GameStop and they assure me I can get a full credit and to come in and pick something else out. When I get there the same guy i spoke to on the phone THEN tells me he cannot credit the purchase without the receipt… which of course has been throw away. Now I am in their system and they probably CAN refund me if they want but choose not to and now I have neither the game or my money. They should have advised me that the game I was purchasing(remember, I handed him the case the disk comes in) was not available on a disk BEFORE they ran my credit card. They should have credited the card when I asked in the store at the time of purchase. They should have owned up to THEIRERRORS and credited me the purchase prince instead of telling me they«couldn’t because this is their policy» so I will NEVERSHOPATGAMESTOPAGAIN and I will advise EVERYONEWITHINMYSPHEREOFINFLUENCETOAVOIDTHISSTORELIKETHEPLAGUE. They will rip you off as a matter of policy. Now you know. You’re better off shopping online… will save money too!

It is 12:13am. I currently have a copy of Bioshock 2 in my hands. There was only one person ahead of me in line, and the guy at the counter remembered me. I love this store.
