I must say that this is Honestly the very best flower shop I’ve ever experienced. The owner did an amazing arrangement for my 4^th year Wedding anniversary, My Wife just loves this arrangement. The fragrance is in my house and it’s wonderful. I don’t know how to thank you enough. Certainly this will be the only place I will do my flower shopping at forever. The customer service is outstanding with no comparison. These folks know there Flora, Thank you very much,

Great flowers and great selection. Asked Owner for a birthday selection and was very fair with price and put together a great bouquet.

Love, Love their service! I called morning of to have flowers delivered to my mom for her Birthday. A couple hours went by and they called back to make sure she would be home before they left and BAM! they were there with-​in 10 min. Thank you for being so helpful! My mom loved her arrangements they truly made her very happy!

I would like to give Keith, owner of Flowers and Friends, a big fat goose egg, but the ratings do not offer that as an option. Keith is very rude and short with his customers. I have gone in several times asking for things and his attitude is always less than helpful. I am not sure if isn’t really into his business anymore or just doesn’t care, but that’s how he treats his customers. My last and final time that I went in I asked to purchase some fillers to a project I was doing and he asked me why I wasn’t purchasing the filler from the same place I was purchasing the flowers. In other words, he was not forthcoming in wanting to help me out. He definitely needs a lesson in «how to treat your customers 101.» And I also have to say that his work is nothing special. Whenever I have purchased an arrangement from his stand, it’s always been one of his employees who has made all the beautiful arrangements. I do not and would not recommend Flowers and Friends to anyone until Keith learns to treat his customers with more respect.

Our church has been using Flowers and Friends for our regular Sunday arrangements for a couple of years now and we have not been disappointed. The value is amazing and the flowers are lovely. They quickly and cheerfully accommodate special requests. Most of the time, we don’t request anything in particular, and yet the arrangements are so artistic. During Lent, we have only greens, (no floral) and these are real works of art. Keith goes out of his way to be helpful. Once, a florist (not this one) had delivered flowers for a funeral, and since no one was there to direct the placement, they were left in an entry way. Not a problem, but when I went to place them (it was one of those huge displays on an easel) the whole thing came loose (the arrangement was too heavy for the dinky attachment) In a panic, I called Keith, and he came right down and fixed it up for me. (the original florist had not included a card with the arrangement) I told Keith I’d personally pay whatever he wanted for his time and he just waved me off and said it was his pleasure to help. I cannot recommend this florist highly enough.

Only giving 1 star because it won’t let me me give 0. The owner called me an effing C (fill in the blank) after he made a mistake and I asked him for an apology. Will never ever go to this place who can’t take ownership of their mistakes.

I ordered Christmas flower’s for delivery based on the photos on their website. Keith did not disappoint ! I knew I didn’t want a «Teleflora» style arrangement, but something with some artistic touches. I asked Keith to be creative and was; exactly what I wanted. Arrangement was about $ 75 including tax and $ 8 delivery.
It’s hard to order something when you are out of state and have never visited the shop. He made it easy and I felt great about giving my business to such a friendly and helpful person, who helped me out on Christmas Eve. thanks again Keith!

Ridiculously expensive prices for horrible service. One of the flowers I purchased for an order of almost $ 40 wilted within a few hours and they would not exchange it because and I quote, «it’s not our fault. But you can buy a new one.»

I chose this place for my wedding flowers because I use this place as well to buy flowers on all occasions. Every time I go the flowers and service go hand and hand, amazing without fault. For my wedding day they went beyond my expectations and made the arrangements more than perfect. I have no words to describe the flowers and neither does my wife. I will continue to purchase my flowers here on any given day for any occasion. My brother is from Georgia and even wanted to buy some for his wife but couldn’t due to the airport regulations. The rating stars needs more stars because five isn’t enough. I have very pleased with everything.

Went here last week for a last minute baby shower emergency. Although the selection was not the best Ive seen, the owner was more than helpful and friendly to help suggest different flowers and arrangements. He even threw in some free lavender roses (about 6 – 8) with my purchase. I spend $ 16 and was able to make 2 small arrangements.

The perfect setting… near beach, an awesome selection of flowers, and great service. We ordered 3 arrangements for a very special occasion at our congregation. The arrangements were beautiful and delivered on time with a smile. The price was fair.

The owner knows his flowers — and is really cool the times I’ve been there. Kind of a layed back place — not a stuffy floral shop — but near the ocean & sun. Great for picking up a few favorites for the table. Amazing selection of fresh flowers.

For a flower stand near the beach, the employee (or owner?) we encountered sure had a lot of attitude. He was disgruntled when my amazing florist friend took some leaves out of the bucket to start & made her point/​choose for the rest of the bouquets.
He did throw in an extra flower (the last of its sort in the bucket) because «some of the petals have been ripped off». Gee thanks. That’s exactly what we want.
Pretty flowers, but dude was having a bad day.
