After a pretty terrible experience in this store, I didn’t plan on coming back. The guy totally screwed up my billing. I went in to pay a bill(ONLY after I realized it was late), and was informed they had a new staff after I complained about the last time I was in there. From what I can see, AT&T got their stuff together. The staff was friendly, courteous, and even reduced my bill!!! I will be back. Thank you for all your help!
