Do not buy here! Just spent over an hour trying to get two items that were carefully written down by my electrician. Tony, behind the counter, looked at the items and came back with the wrong ones. When i asked him he said he knew nothing of electricity not anyone else in the store (!!!). I finally convinced him to ask around and of course everyone else knew what I needed (which they did not have in stock so now have to wait for them to give me a refund, since Tony WAS really good at taking my CC upfront!). It was like asking a car sales guy if the car was auto transmission and him saying «I don’t drive so have no idea». Terrible service.

I just had a very quick conversation with a salesperson at RWE. I couldn’t believe how short and rude he was to me on the phone. First I asked about having a consultation about the lighting that I would like to buy. «Nope «he replied. I then asked about pricing for Peerless strip lights and he said «gimme the part numbers, I need the part numbers, you have to get them online» which I did have but since he was so rude I told him I would call another distributor who might have more time to answer my questions.
