One of the better, if not the best BK I’ve visited. Our group of four decided we needed to have lunch before entering the Hiller Aviation Museum next door to this BK. What a pleasant surprise to find an aviation theme throughout this restaurant. Not your typical fast-food décor, trust me. There’s an early model Hiller helicopter nicely displayed outside to greet you, and several large, beautiful aircraft models hanging inside the restaurant. Some are on loan from the museum. Many photos of aircraft adorn the walls. Certainly pleasant and totally appropriate décor ! The food was definitely up to specs. Great Whoppers and very tasty fries. Yep, one of the new Coke dispensers patiently waited while we figured it out. Thanks for the imaginative décor, BK.

worst Burger King in the area. Avoid this place. If you expect friendly service, this is not the place to be. I ordered some chicken nugget and they did not offer any dipping sauce. So I ask and the person give me this look as why I should be asking for them. Since these packages are very small, I ask for more and they want to charge me 29 cents. WTH? I went to many different Burger King thru out my travels and this is the only place that want to charge me 29 cents for extra sauce. Stay away, it is not worth the frustration. There are other fast food near by.

Burger was ok. Drink was flat, and many of the choices weren’t available, because they hadn’t been refilled. Also the place is kinda grimy for its location. Bathroom was not clean. As a desert I order a Cinnamon Roll, the icing was just a blob on top, and the roll itself was cold. Place needs a serious remodel.

I live down the street from this Burger King. Have been coming here for years The service has gotten worse and worse. Tried to charge extra for ranch since they only gave us one for three people. Not sure if all BK’s are charging extra for the sauces but felt cheated. I will have to come here since it is convenient but if you don’t have to come here don’t!

If you’re expecting great service, don’t bother. If you’re hungry & don’t mind go right ahead. I had medium fries & a small icee. Tasted ok. Charged extra for ranch. I had to go back & wait for someone to come to the window because I didn’t get ketchup.

I’ve been here lots of times and usually it’s ok, but almost every other time I go through the drive through, they hand me a coke that is covered in coke, and that is totally unacceptable, what kind of people do things like that, how can you hand the customer in their car a drink that is messy. That has to stop, I put up with it, but with In and Out burger over the freeway, if it keeps happening, I will start going there and I don’t want to do that because I like Burger King.

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised. I asked if they still make the fruit wraps and was told that they only make the salad version now. However, they were willing to add the fruit in a regular wrap for me. I thought that was very thoughtful of them to do this. I really enjoyed the wrap with the additional cranberries and apple slices. It was yummy! The interior of this restaurant is awesome with all the airplane models hanging from the ceiling. I found the center closed glass room kind of strange. My boyfriend thought that it is a lounge for the restaurant staff. At the outside entrance of the restaurant is a real helicopter that you can sit in. Next door to the restaurant is the Hiller Aviation Museum which is fun to explore especially for aviation fanatics like me! Pros: –Conveniently located right near the Hiller Airspace Museum –superb friendly accommodating staff Cons: –NOTHING!

Too Bad you can’t give negative stars. HORRIBLE service in the Drive Thru. 10 mins to order when there was only 1 car in front of us. Then my order is wrong on the screen. I say my order is wrong. We want a FROZEN Icee, not Ice T. Rudely she says I know that. I say well on the screen it is wrong, I want a Frozen Icee. She tells me to read the screen!!! Really, that is what I am doing and it says ICE T. I try again, my order is wrong, we want a FROZEN Icee Coke flavor(said in my school teacher voice). She says something rude about my tone. I told her to cancel the order. Then it took almost 15 minutes for the poor car in front of us to get their order. Then I see them hand it back, then we wait 5 more minutes and finally I get to drive by the rude girl in the window. I will never return here. In n Out is right across the freeway, maybe they don’t have Icee’s but they are never rude, and so much faster.

Wow what a cluster F***! It’s around 2:10 and the people working here are doing a horrible job. I don’t know if they were short staffed but it took one guy 22 min to get his food, and the guy before him even longer because he ordered the fish sandwich. Thank goodness I only ordered a whopper combo and got it in 10 min.

Horrible service. We ordered the 2 for $ 5 big king burger and was charged over $ 7.50 for it. When we asked why we weren’t changed $ 5, the cashier said we never asked for the deal, even though we did. She got angry and complained that we didn’t say it. Very difficult to deal with. They were also ridiculously slow. We used the drive through and were the second car. It took us 20 minutes to get our food. How is this fast food?

I never expect a Burger King to be great in any real way. This specific Burger King is usually on the low end of quality and service. Today, they just put me in a bad mood so I have to write this review. It was just before noon. I tried to get in the door closest to the front and the door was locked. I tried to knock and get someone’s attention, but no one noticed. I had to walk around to a door at the farthest part of the building. it was clearly a minor problem, but it set the tone for the visit. I reached the register and tried to order a whopper. The cashier then told me that they didn’t have any hamburgers(Hamburgers meaning no beef or pork sandwiches such as Whoppers or Pulled Pork sandwiches). Obviously, I was more than disappointed and it showed on my face. The cashier noticed my disappointment and then said, «sorry, the machine is broken». I thought, «the machine is broken?», did you mean«the freezer» since we know Burger King isn’t grinding beef in the back. Most likely it’s the machine that spins slime into«beef». I decided to skip it and then asked if they still had the 2 for 1 chicken sandwich deal. She told me they did, however, I later found out it was 2 for $ 5. This disappointed me as well since it was a different price than 2 for 1. One of the Chicken Sandwich orders was for a friend at work who wanted no lettuce, extra mayonaise and tomatoes. This was clearly written on the receipt, but the sandwich turned out to have mustard(which was never ordered and doesn’t usually come on this sandwich) and no tomatoes, the only part right was no lettuce. The«Original» Chicken Sandwich that was the correct order wasn’t very good. There should be a law against using the word«Original» for something that isn’t nearly the same as when this«Original» sandwich was made. The quality for this sandwich has degraded over the years and itsn’t nearly the same size as it was years ago.

I sometimes drop by this location for a quick bite before my class at the extension center. The food is okay(as expected for fastfood)… but the lady working the drivethrough always comments«have a BEAUTIFUL day». Now, I don’t think I hear that often, but whenever she says that, it makes me smile. Especially because you can tell she’s genuinely wishing you to have a good day. So, just for that, 4-stars.

Yes, it’s just another run of the mill BK with the days of freshly flame grilled beef made just the way you want it being long gone. To it’s credit, it’s an easy on and off at the highway exit AND they have an old helicopter outside to play in being right next to the municple airport. How cool is that?
