Never had the chance to try them out, their dispatch was unprofessional and rude. I found them through Google Home Services, scheduled an appointment, had someone home. When I couldn’t confirm someone was home, they didn’t show. Fine. They’ll be there in an hour, they said. 5 hours later, still no one.
No thanks, if I have to fight with you to get an estimate I can’t imagine how hard it will be to get anything else done.
Word of advice: take a payment next time. If I’m not there when your tech is there, keep the money. Maybe you’ll be able to hire a better dispatcher.

Amit was just awesome. He was so kind to say I did not mess up my DIY repairs.

What I thought was a leak with my washing machine, turned out to be an issue of a slow drainage pipe. Washer repairman suggested I get the drainage pipe fixed ASAP. After calling a couple of places, I was able to get Mr. Rooter of San Mateo County to come out same day. When Michael Rogers came out that first afternoon, he was very professional and explained why snaking the drain pipe wasn’t going well. We’ve got an older house and the pipe was shaped in such a way that the snake was obstructed. He said the solution would be to install a clean out for better access. Needless to say, I was clueless on what needed to be done and my husband was away on business.
Thankfully, when Mike came on the second morning, he was able to talk to my husband directly to explain work was going to be done and why. Mike installed a new clean out and then snaked the drain. He was punctual, friendly, and worked hard to get the job done quickly. We had to wait a couple of days for Mike’s boss to come out and repair the drywall where Mike had cut to access the pipe (Mike didn’t know how to repair drywall). Both Mike and his boss came back out to repair the drywall, which was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter of San Mateo County and Mike for any future plumbing problems.
Finally, I was able to recommend Mike to a friend that same week, who had an emergency with her master bathroom toilet (needed to be replaced). She told me that Mike was great and would definitely use them again too.

Had a great experience this weekend with Amit from Mr. Rooter. Had a house full of family (including my in-​laws and out of town guests) and my son plugged up the downstairs toilet. The issue couldn’t wait, so I called Mr. Rooter.
The guy on the phone was courteous, and said I’d see someone in an hour. 45 minutes later, Amit showed up. I showed him the problem, he diagnosed it quickly, and fixed it just as quickly.
Very happy with the overall service and timeliness, especially in an ‘emergency’ situation. Would definitely recommend to others!

Mike was great! My mom’s house is 70 years old, so you can just imagine the plumbing issues. Mike had to come 3 days in a row to fix what ended up being a completely broken sewer pipe in the front yard. He was honest, on time, and very friendly. I will definitely use this company in the future for my plumbing needs.

I had Mike Verna come to our house when the plumbing system took a crap (pun intended) and what a pleasant experience (considering the problem). He was punctual, friendly and efficient. We called for an emergency and they took care of our sewer system and took a look at our kitchen sink clogging issue and fixed the problem. Fast forward to 4 months and we’re humming along just fine. I needed an «emergency» call on Saturday @ 8:45PM. The person my wife talked to on the phone was friendly, and took the address and phone number. The plumber who cleared my main drain was named, Michael, and he was friendly and courteous. The plumber arrived in the designated time frame and worked very efficiently. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs drains unclogged, even on a Sunday mourning.
