W. David Chow – Keller Williams Realty

I have had the pleasure of knowing David for a long time. He has worked for me as my loan broker on several occasions and did an excellent job on each and every transaction.
He most recently helped in facilitating the short sale of an investment property in a manner that I thought was not very possible. He represented both me and the buyer who was actually the tenant living in the home. Not only did he do it effectively and efficiently, but also much quicker than is always expected. He took care of both parties showing complete honesty and integrity the entire time. During the expected obstacles that come with negotiating with lenders, he was able to overcome them quite easily preventing the transaction from falling through. I felt comfortable and confident that the sale would go through.
Overall, David is very complete in his consistency and thoroughness of getting the job done as perfectly as possible. He is always on schedule and provides detailed information on every step of the process enabling his clients to feel very comfortable and confident that everything is under control.
I have always been very comfortable having David service my real estate needs. He is always my «go to» guy. I recommend him highly.
